Nowhere to place your staff in the bathroom - not even a small shelf. It was hard to brush teeth or shave, and same for my wife. Room was a bit small but reasonable.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Nice home owner. The cricket club parking was close by and costs 18 Pounds for 24 hours.

Loved the genuine welcome and interesting conversations with Ling. Her breakfast and attention to detail in terms of decoration, highlights one of the highest quality B&Bs in the country. She was so accommodating in allowing our son to get himself ready for his graduation. The establishment is immaculate and her attention to detail is obvious to see. I would not hesitate in recommending Apple Tree as one of the best stays in Bath and the UK.

Dead garden rubbish in the front yard did not create a good first impression.

The location was excellent, only a short walk into town. Ling, our host was lovely, provided excellent service and gave us some great suggestions for local activities. Breakfast was delicious!

The room we had - Tiddley Pomme - was at the back of the building and had no flow through air. On a warm day it is very uncomfortable sleeping.

We absolutely loved our three nights at Apple Tree. From the moment we arrived Ling made us feel so welcome. She is the perfect host in every way. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was more than excellent and plentiful. Apple Tree is in a perfect location for exploring all that Bath has to offer. Overall this is a wonderful bed and breakfast and Ling has a beautiful soul. We were sad to say goodbye to her and her gorgeous cats.

Nothing negative about Apple Tree B&B or our host Ling. However, we didn’t find the Booking.Com website overly helpful in enabling us to make a choice of room. As a result we had been booked into a slightly smaller room without a seating area which is an option in room choice at this property.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to Bath City centre, but at the same time in a quiet neighbourhood. Large choice in generous & very tasty breakfast options. Ling is a hospitable & attentive host. We’d definitely book to stay again when in the area.

There were such lovely details - there are no shoes in the house, so you are given very comfy slippers. Ling is very responsive, breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean, and the bed is comfy. I will definitely return if I'm back in Bath!

Too hot in hotel. Parking at back tight and on street otherwise. Permit required. Second room had slanted ceiling and one guest very tall so found slightly claustrophobic
