Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay and was conveniently located close to cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs.

The main entrance door is not ideal. Activating the code is temperamental and the door is extremely 'heavy' to open and temperamental to close securely. Also the door couldn't be held open whilst entering or leaving with luggage as the hook for holding it open is damaged. There are no instructions for operating the electric hob and we couldn't work out how to use it which was very frustrating. The bath has unusally high sides to it and it's not easy for older people such as ourselves to get in and out, and there are no grab rails which was very risky as the bottom of the bath was very slippery when taking a shower. We felt it was quite dangerous.

What we liked most was the location, perfect for visiting Stonehenge at sunrise. The flat is also very spacious.

Maybe the stairs but that’s just when carrying luggages upstairs and downstairs.

It was spacious - biggest bedroom I’ve slept in the UK. It was neat as well.

All was great, the only issue I had was with one of the window blinds which I got a quick response to.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and a great position. All check in was smooth and the heating warmed me up in no time on a chilly night.

The parking is a nightmare. The apartment is aging and showing signs of wear and tear which is fine as long as the price reflects that.

Perfect central location for us. Apartment very spacious, comfortably furnished and has everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Separate additional toilet was a bonus with larger family.

it is a shame there is no where to park for free and pay and display is a short walk, also the stairs up to the top floor are steep!

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The apartments were cleaned thoroughly and are in prime location on high street. Joyce is a lovely lady who checkered in on us making sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Will definitely book to stay here again.

Only negative was sofa bed uncomfortable, needs a topper and could do with a mirror over sink in utility room.

Whilst there is a kitchen in the property with glasses, mugs and plates etc. there were no tea bags or coffee, so come prepared if you are doing a long journey and arrive late like we did. The property is directly opposite a very popular pub which unfortunately had a live music night one of the evenings we were staying - not great when you're trying to get a toddler to sleep. This is no fault of the owners, just something to note if you're travelling with young children; maybe check their events calendar in advance.

The apartment was lovely - bright, airy, plenty of space and very clean, it was relatively easy to find with local parking nearby and easy to access being right on the high-street. The host provided us with a travel cot which was really appreciated.

There was nothing to dislike

We stayed 3 nights at Andover Apartments. These apartments are very well furnished. The apartment we were in was extremely comfortable, clean and with easy access of places we wanted to visit. We were on the first floor of a two floor building. The car park is a minute”s walk away with free parking 4 pm to 8.30 am and very reasonable price during parking hours. We would definitely book again if visiting the area. Corinne Goodman

There was nothing to not like.

Great location, really easy to follow instructions on getting access to the property. The apartment had everything we needed, only stayed for 3 nights but it’d be great for a week long stay too. Great water pressure in the shower and very clean all over.
