This is just an improvement point and not a negative comment, the only point that I would improve would be the cleaning of the top cushion of the Sofa! The rest was all pretty good!

The interior design was just amazing! It was full equipped with all the stuff that you need for a short stay! The location was perfect (in one of the main streets of St Andrews)

Perfect location. Found free parking close by. Had everything we needed. Exceptionally clean throughout. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The heating was easy to control and the apartment was toasty warm. Would recommend and will definitely visit again.

The kitchen isn’t as well stocked as it needed to be. There are lots of serving dishes, but no pasta strainer, blender or other kitchen basics. The check in time is also late for someone coming from overseas. You can pay a large sum to check in an hour earlier. Plan your arrival time accordingly so you aren’t spending a day with your suitcase.

The location is terrific. It’s also beautifully and comfortably decorated.

With a few tweaks, it’s a place you would want to come to again and again. We were disappointed and surprised by a number of factors. Given the variable temperature and weather in Scotland, we were surprised to find no indoor table for eating. There’s space for it too. Instead we found ourselves eating with food balanced on our laps on the sofa. Not ideal. What made this more surprising was the iron & board which are set up to be balanced on top of a table… outdoor ironing anyone?! Small details came to light throughout our stay which could do with improvements: removal/ cleaning of the globs of grease under the BBQ before each guest arrives; removal of the nails shutting the bedroom windows; the overpowering diffuser (we had to move it to the communal hall); & purchasing sheets that actually fit the bed- they were too small! Finally, the random photo of the middle aged couple (who we assume own the property) in the living room is weird. Remove.

Good property with the potential to be excellent. Location wise it’s perfect- a short walk to the beach and at the end of the main street. The decor is lovely and the rooftop space unique. The perfect place to make the most of the town.

no kitchen table so nowhere to eat meals except balanced on your lap on the couch. no wardrobe in the bedroom or even a chair to put your things. staircase to rooftop terrace feels a bit precarious. over powering reed diffuser scent.

The property sadly was not as advertised. The roof top was completely unusable. All the furniture was dirty, the bbq was completely unusable (filthy dirty and rusty). Sadly the umbrella was broken, which looking back at others reviews it been broken a while so we were unable to sit on the rooftop as it was so sunny. The stairs leading to the roof top are very steep with no hand rail. So be aware if you are less mobile you will struggle. The stairs were also not clean and lots of empty boxes/rubbish left there. Mould on the inside door/roof of the staircase. As mentioned by others there was a stain on the sofa which hadn’t been cleaned. The actually sofa bed mattress also had stains on it. No table inside so if you are looking to self cater this is a bit tricky as you need to eat in your lap. We contacted St Andrews short stay whilst there and someone was sent out. Maintenance guy was nice and helpful but sadly unable to do anything about the umbrella or mess in the roof top. Needed up having to be refunded a nights stay.

The location of the property is really good.

The rooftop patio was awesome and so cool to be able to sit up there and look out over the city. We enjoyed it in the evenings as well. It really made the difference for us.

The shower door is broken, the umbrella on the roof is broken, and there's no table inside. Also, two-ply toilet paper is for public toilets, truly no place for it in rented accommodation.

The location was great.

No closet to hang clothes, needs a shelf/basket in shower to hold soap/shampoo. More hot water in shower Wished I could check in earlier (not just one hour for a fee). Most flights from the US arrive early morning
