Really great place! The arrival goodies were beyond my expectation - wine and beer in the fridge! Great job by Ian to make this a stand out place to stay in Oban.

The thought of going home!!!

Everything! Ian is a really fantastic host. He has checked in on me and my young son, allowed me to leave luggage at a designated place and kindly took them to the apartment as I was on an all day trip. The place is spotless. The location is 5 mins from Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. There is a Chinese chippy next door for those who like a takeaway. There is also a few local shops for papers, drinks etc. Literally 10 minutes from Costa, Subway and the Pier (I have a 9 year old:-) The apartment has 2 tvs, all you could need. As other reviews mention, you find yourself wishing you could stay and live here!!! A HUGE thank you to Ian for all the treats left. So generous and appreciated. There was wine, couple beers, bread, butter, jam, milk, teacakes, choc and sweets for my son .... I have stayed on in Oban couple days more and will not only return but wholeheartedly recommend to everyone to book here!

The size of the shower was small and the water was difficult to adjust.

Walkable to downtownn. Close to restaurants. Very close to 4 major supermarkets. Ian, our host, was helpful and left us with lots of treats. Very welcoming.

Ian's place was terrific. It's spacious, beautifully presented, brilliantly located and spotlessly clean. Everything about it was comfortably home away from home. Seriously, this apartment exceeded our expectations. Ian is a great host with excellent communication, and the goodies provided were much appreciated. Looking forward to returning to Oban and booking this lovely place again... if it isn't already booked out.

It would be nice to have a small dinette in the large living room (there was seating at kitchen counter) as we like to play cards and eat in front of TV.

The apartment was large, the kitchen was fully equipped and the king bed was the best! Ian met us with keys, found us a free parking spot on street and offered lots of advice. Everything was great.

Nothing really only personal choices, ie the bed was soft, but then again we like it rock hard. The bathroom isnt our choice, but were not buying the property. Your never going to get everything like home. That's why it's called Home!!!

The supply's were more than adequate. Our host was exceptional.

Everything. it was very clean, the shower had plenty of power, nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. We had a warm welcome from Ian, the host. The fridge was even filled with essentials and nonessentials which meant we didn’t have to do a shop. Plenty snacks were available too. The location was very handy for the centre of town and the ferry to the isles which was what we were there for. Would definitely recommend and stay there again in the future.
