Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Central location, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and quality bed linen and towels. Upstairs room is huge and very cosy. Ludlow is lovely and lots of restaurants and nice shops

United KingdomThere can be a lot of noise from next door bar until it closes which can detract from enjoying the apartment. I have for say though it does quieten quickly once past around 11-11.30. Lots of stairs as you would expect in a building of this age/type.
The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen had all you needed and it is close to amenities in the square.

United KingdomSee above. Extractor fan (Thai restaurant) was noisy for sleeping in back bedrooms. The weather was very warm so had all windows open at night, otherwise it would probably have been ok. Tried very hard and failed to get 'normal' channels on TV by reading instructions Think previous occupants had not returned it to default setting so maybe the owner needs to do this.
Breakfast not provided but milk and teabags very much appreciated, also wine which in fact we didn't drink. Whole flat had been beautifully renovated and was roomy with all facilities one could require. Location amazing on the one hand being in centre of town but our first night of 2 being a Sunday was not good. Just got to sleep and woken by loads of bottles being dropped into bin. Thai restaurant next door? Then woken twice very early next morning by rubbish collection and road cleaning about half an hour later.

United KingdomThe curtains in the top bedroom let in a lot of light. The bathroom fittings on top floor were rather wobbly. Parking permits were arranged by the owner but didn’t work as we got two parking tickets! However, both were sorted out by the owner, who was very helpful.
Really well located. Lovely decor. Very comfortable beds. Good linen. Well stocked kitchen crockery etc.
