We travelled over for a Liverpool game, my 12-year-old son and I. The location of the property was just fantastic, 5 minutes walk from Anfield on a very friendly street. And the host Francis was just so generous, relaxed and professional. He allowed us to store our bags on the last day and collect them later in the evening. The bedroom was comfortable and met our needs exactly.

Nothing to not like, excellent start to finish ☺️

My first time in Liverpool last weekend 18/05-19/05 excellent communication with the owner Francis from the minute we booked. The location is excellent for game days, 5 minute walk to Anfield Stadium. Myself and my son had the most amazing weekend...the property is very clean to a high standard. Shops, pubs and restaurants close by. This felt like home from home and we were a little nervous but there was no need, we felt safe with Francis, him and his wife really are brilliant hosts xx I would like to say, that when we left I had arranged with Francis to leave my bags and collect them before we headed home. He was absolutely fine with this (as he had a full house that day) he let me have a key to a locked cupboard under the stairs and told me I could collect them whenever I was ready. When we went back to collect our bags, my son thought he had left his ear pods in the room we stayed in. So he went up to check...I did say there may be someone else in by this time. He knocked on the door and had no answer so tried the door handle and it was locked and then someone opened the door. He asked if they had seen his earphones but he didn't speak much English. When he left he asked me if I had a key for his room, which I didn't I only had the key for the front door and cupboard where we left our belongings..... I will definitely be back again with my family and highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to do the LFC tour Match days.....xx

If you’re not from UK, the faucets and hot water take some time to get used to :)

An amazing location so close to the stadium. There are also bus stops nearby, as well as shops and restaurants. Francis is an amazing and friendly host and helpes us a lot. It doesn’t hurt that he’s a Liverpool fan :)

Ideal location. 5 minute walk from anfield and 20 minute bus to city centre number. Very friendly host. Clean, modern accommodation.

The room is very functional, clean and comfortable. The shared living room and kitchen are well-equipped. We feel like home. The host is super friendly and helpful. They always keep contacting you to help your travelling and staying at best. The location is good for Liverpool fans for a game day. I will stay here again if I come to Liverpool.

Unfinished veranda. I asked for all air fresheners to be removed due to my hay fever & allergies to certain smells especially plug ins or sprays. My husband removed these however.

Wonderful location, only 10 minutes walk to Liverpool football ground. Exceptional clean accommodation, everything you need for a few days stay. However my daughter made a cooked breakfast we couldn't find any utensils for the frying pan, to lift out the fried eggs or bacon, we did have to compromise and used a spoon to lift the eggs and fork to lift the bacon, just small needs really not a complain. The beds where comfy, beds may be on the hard side for us but my husband and myself had a lovely sleep, my grandson and his mum found the beds uncomfortable. Our overall experience was 8 /10. If the veranda had been usable my marking would be a 10/10 my daughter uses vape pens and had to go out on front step she's not really a people person so enjoys her own company however We would go back, overall We could not really find anything to complain about, your preferencing is just what your used to in your own home, and basically you have what you need in A field house the place to stay.

A very clean, well equipped room! We had full access to the lounge and kitchen and the property was perfectly located for what we needed. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

The location for us was perfect. The property is immaculate and the greeting by the owner was very friendly and helpful. We had the use of the kitchen and the lounge which made it feel like a home from home, well done Francis, we will most certainly be back.

Two bedside lights but on “my side” of the bed there was no plug socket. Very minor problem. Tea and coffee provided in the kitchen but no milk. Again minor and I should have taken my own.

No breakfasts provided but there is a very adequate kitchen and lounge for guests’ use. Will know next time to take my own food / meals if I don't want to go out to eat. Facilities in the room were exceptional and everything in the house was extremely clean and well presented. Owners were in contact before my visit, were there to greet me and were very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect for a Liverpool match, anfield is less than a 10 minute walk away. The host could not have been anymore welcoming and accommodating, he was great! The room was very clean modern and exceeded my expectations, would highly recommend

The perfect place to stay for going to a match at Anfield Stadium. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Easy parking outside the house and less than 10 min walk to the football. Francis was great at communicating. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

The location was perfect for my visit to Anfield to watch Liverpool. The house has been renovated to a very high standard with a central lounge and kitchen for shared use. The host was excellent with great communication.

The place was really nice. I was a bit worried having booked it so late and somewhere I haven't stayed before but it was a really nice clean place. I will definitely be staying here again, expecially with the distance to Anfield, might even bring the family next time. The host was really accommodating too, overall a top stay

Stayed here for a game, it's excellent location, less than 10 minute walk from Anfield. Francis the host is a gent and communicating before our arrival and even during the stay making sure everything was OK. Will definitely stay again if I'm lucky enough to get tickets.

My son and I went to Liverpool to see a game at Anffield. The house is really comfortable and very pleasant. It's also a real plus to have access to the living room and the kitchen, which is modern and perfectly equipped. The stadium is just a 5-minute walk away. During our travels, we enjoy meeting new people. And then we met Francis, whose sense of hospitality and kindness are literally off the charts. Of course, he did everything he could to make our stay as smooth and easy as possible, from the moment he made contact just after we booked. Above all, he took the time to share with us his enthusiasm for his city and his passion for his club. Francis loves people and you can feel it. Frankly, there's no need to look any further. YNWA

Went over to Anfield with my son for the Liverpool and Chelsea match absolutely great communication from Francais we could only get an early flight that morning and he met us and walked us to the house and let us check in early to get some sleep he really exceeded my expectations and made the trip so much better with his kindness. The room was spotless the shower was amazing it was so cosy and right around the corner from the stadium. I would highly recommend staying here especially if your going for a match we had a wonderful stay it really made the trip better for us.

Coudnt fault the place it was fantastic.

Great communication from Francis before arrival. Lovely comfortable room with use of kitchen and living room. Great location for going to a game in Anfield. Would definitely use again and will recommend to my friends also.
