To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCleaning cloth left in the room, room was very hot and took a while to cool down. Broken hanger with sharp point. Thin doors/walls - could hear lots of doors slamming at night and voices in the hallway.

United KingdomAlthough I tried to turn down the radiator heating slightly as it was really warm I don’t think it made a difference. Maybe I must have done something incorrectly. The pillow was slightly uncomfortable for me, nonetheless I had a peaceful sleep.
I really liked that it was on the top floor away from the noise of the city. Spacious room with high ceilings and really thick curtains to block out light coming from outside. The bed was very comfortable and low which I love. I would also like to extend special thanks to both Andrew at the front reception and James in the Brasserie. Both were extremely professional, friendly, provided excellent service, and made my stay memorable. They couldn't do enough for me. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I could tell it was made from fresh. I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Manchester and for the exceptional breakfast.

United KingdomThe rooms are very warm. There is air con but if put on in the night is a tad noisy, but not uncomfortable. I suspect the higher you are in the hotel (we were on the 3rd floor) the warmer it gets. Like most hotels these days you can't open a window either!
Location is perfect for access to Manchester Central. Staff are all lovely and very accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are tastefully designed with pretty much everything you might need provided. Brasserie is very nice, good food served fresh and the ambiance is very comfortable.

United KingdomThe pipes in the room for the central heating made a constant noise, not really loud but enough to know and also the heating in the bathroom couldn't be turned down. The bed side lights were really dim and of no real use and the main light couldn't be dimmed so it was either really bright or dim.
