Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Exceptional breakfast. Beautiful room with some identify to it. The marina is also quite a beautiful view.

United KingdomThe thought that most of the rooms were ‘pet / dog’ friendly. I was bitten a number of times on my arms while I was in the room which was disappointing and uncomfortable. The duty manager couldn’t have been any better. Policy change may be on the horizon I gather which is needed in my opinion. i.e. rooms per floor which won’t be ‘pet / dog’ friendly.

United KingdomShame the bar closed at 10.30pm, we were hoping for a relaxing nightcap having just got back to the hotel after an extremely busy evening, and also they had stopped serving food at 9pm so we were unable to get anything to eat. We were informed that they did have room service but it was ‘very limited’ and they suggested that if we wanted frites we should go to McDonalds. Very disappointed.

United Kingdomcurtains didnt pull accross enough & let in light very early in the morning - there was a wedding so some areas were out of bounds - breakfasts in Mal at £21.00 each were too expensive not value for money compared to other options in Marina so made the choice easier to go Room Only -
location, air con in room was amzing & we slept well, good access with bus service to get into city centre & home to marina - liked the pubs and restaurants around the marina

United KingdomUnable to load or unload luggage at the entrance due to cars and vans always illegally parked on the loading area and there's an uncomfortable trek to and from the multistory carpark, especially with suitcases etc. The walkway is not trolley friendly due to the wooden grids which broke the castors on our suitcase.
Our 'Sea View' Room had great features and facilities, the staff were great.

Very stylish and clean, WiFi very good, room good size, bed huge, shower excellent nice balcony, the sea view (harbour view really) rooms do have them on floor three. Easy to bus into Brighton centre.

Modern, clean and stylish. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was well equiped and included iron and board. Breakfast was very good with ordered hot breakfast as well as continental choice. View of harbour was pleasing. Although away from centre of Brighton easy transport links via bus, beach train or hire e-bike. Marina area had good restaurants, food supermarket and cinema.
