We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe conservatory space was closed (for refurbishment I think) and there was a temperamental coffee machine in the breakfast area but on the whole it was all positive.
Positive check-in experience. We had paid for a sea view upgrade then booked an extra night but couldn't link the two bookings on booking.com. Fabulous service from the guy on reception (Conor I think?) sorted us out and we ended up in an even nicer room. Housekeeping v good, also breakfast. Convenient parking nearby.

United KingdomOn the main front reception desk, there was a dark haired man who was extremely rude! He was rude to all of the guests asking questions before we even checked in. We felt like we were nothing but a nuisance. He even embarassed a man by telling him loudly in the main area "Your card has been declined" and looked almost angry. Its just disgraceful behaviour and we would like him to be picked up on this. We were also told to arrive to check in at 12pm but we were not able to check in until 1:40pm, we were late for our booking in brighton too because of this. Other than this - we did enjoy our stay!
First of all - the hotel is lovely!! And we loved the marina and the view. The room was lovely and spacious too. There was one tall blonde guy who was fairly new (As he told us) who was outstanding and we would like him to be thanked as he went above and beyond to smile and to be polite to us.

Great location , free parking in the adjacent multi-storey car park. Bus stop outside the hotel to get to the pier area (or the electric train.) Lovely size room with balcony overlooking the marina. Comfy bed and two little rocking chairs.
