It's a shame we didn't meet any staff to say thanks. We also weren't sure if the kitchen on the ground floor was available to us to store a few things to keep cool or not. That was a little vague.

All very clean, plenty of parking and in the heatwave having a room with a balcony was fantastic. It was a last - minute stay as Expedia/Vrbo host had let us down big time but Booking.com and Kidwells House came to our rescue.

It would have been really nice to have breakfast at the location but this is not something they offer anymore.

I had a very warm welcome from the cleaning staff when I arrived. My room was ready even though I arrived earlier than expected. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I was charged extra for my husband even though I booked a double room and the site said bed and breakfast and then said no breakfast available. No insulation in room and neighbors were singing at 2am

Would have loved an half board option wouldn't mind paying extra. Although the location is good, 15 mins into centre.

Superb!! Lovely room 1st floor with balcony. Room clean. Excellent location, train and bus stations nearby. Alison, the owner, was very helpful. A lot better than we expected for room only accommodation.. we will be back definitely!!!

Some road noise especially in the morning. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains as there was a street lamp opposite our room. If road noise bothers you ask for a room at the back of the property, or the room with the balcony overlooking the garden.

Decent but no frills double room, clean, comfy bed, felt safe (key pad on front door to come and go), private off road parking. Close enough to Hereford town centre to walk. Note there's no breakfast options at the moment. We ate dinner at The Burger Shop, it was the best burger I have had in a long time. Access to the garden at the back.

The only thing i would suggest is the place could do with a little upgrade, the carpet was a bit sad, and the furniture was a bit outdated.

A dim light on the landing would be better at night for visiting the toilet. No criticisms really, just a suggestion.

The ability to arrive early and check in later at 10pm (though as it happened I was able to put my bag in the room on arrival). Also to be able to check out at 0830am and pick up the car after the cathedral services in the afternoon. Shower good with hot water!
