Comfortable and hospitable. It is close to a bus stop for transport to and from Bristol and close to the airport too. A useful shuttle service is provided.

Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the steep stairs to my room and, again being elderly, found these very difficult to navigate. Furtunately, the young lady from the bar took my suitcase up for me when I arrived and brought it down later that evening so that it was ready for me to take off at 6 am.

The welcome was good as was the arrangements for the transfer from and back to the airport. The evening meal was very good even though I had two starters. They were both excellent. The courier on both transfers were very helpful and as I am elderly, they lifted my suitcase off and on respectively to the transfer vehicle.

Ideal for one night. Bed comfy, en.suite excellent. All nicely equipped. Staff welcoming. Restaurant food very good Car parking facility, staff and airport transport excellent.

Beautiful, spacious and very clean. Good size bath/shower towels. Comfy bed and lovely sofa. If you make allowance for it being on the main busy road (but walking distance to airport terminal) and above a pub (understandable noise from patrons and occasional music), it’s overall quite nice. Also the food was good. Would probably stay again for airport travel.

Car park has many potholes & was quite a muddy terrain which was a little disappointing. Response to emails prior to arriving was very poor (nil). No breakfast included for the price paid.

Room very clean & nice toilet & shower. Comfy bed & TV on wall. Tea & Coffee making facilities good. Staff were friendly & helpful when there. Very close to Bristol Airport

A fair price for close proximity to the airport. Cosy bar with good honest home cooked food of a very good standard, and a menu with lots of dishes we fancied. Marvellous shuttle service to the airport at any time. Attention to detail eg generous amounts of tea coffee milk & biccies in the room!

Unfortunately, soundproof is absent. I heard our neighbors very clearly. And it would be great to have some hooks there for upper clothes.

We managed to book the room the same day, which was pretty lucky. The room was nice and warm, the shower is clean and with towel drier. Lady whom met us was smiling and she explained everything.

The rain had made the ground wet, but that's to be expected at this time of year.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They lived up to the reviews and the transport to and from the airport was very reliable. On our return after having left the car, we arrived after the provision of bar food was just ending, but they put themselves out to serve what they could. Really good.
