We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good location. There are lots of spots for parking. Relatively clean. About 20-30 minutes walking to the airport (T3) a bit longer for T1 and much longer for T2.

United KingdomIt is on a residential street so finding which house it was kind of difficult as it was very late so very dark and didn’t just want to walk up some random drive accidentally 🤣 The shelf in the room, under the TV was hanging off the wall when we arrived so didn’t want to knock that and couldn’t use it. Not a property issue but when the other guests arrived, since it was rooms in a house, they were very loud when they came in at about midnight, and then quite early in the morning (8:30am ish) someone was in the shared kitchen which our room was next to, talking very loudly on the phone for at least an hour.
It was a nice comfy little room, easy to get to from the airport. A super practical, cosy room. We paid for the one with the TV and it worked fine, the facilities were lovely, provided with shower gel, shampoo, soap etc. Easy to get to Central Manchester from as well. Great value for money.

Lovely house with a number of rooms, fantastic common room with fully equipped kitchen, made our stay perfect. ASDA and a community centre with a lot of shops is a 20 minute walk from the house.

NetherlandsWhen I arrived there I only got the code to enter the hotel not my door number and code for my door and nobody was there. Although after reaching out to them via mail they replied fast which was nice.
The room was really nice and clean, comfy bed, and good shower. And cheap as well for a whole room for yourself.
