The property is extremely limited, in that all you get is a room, a bed and a small desk. You have to go downstairs (although there are rooms on the ground floor) to use the bathroom; there is no television. The property could do with a bit of TLC - lots of marks on the walls and peeled paint.

The room was not unpleasant, though very bare. The bed is comfortable; a towel is provided; the desk was small, but useful. The room was clean and there is a good sized wardrobe and storage.

I had to get up early for a flight and was woken up up at nearly 12pm by a guest who was banging on the door and ringing the doorbell. I was a little nervous to open the door to a stranger. He had reserved his room but hadn't received the code. The room was nice but could do with painting over the chipped paint the mirror to be put back on the wall. Other than that it was a nice time.

First, didn't give the house number when booking was confirmed. Taxi driver couldn't locate while meter kept ticking. Paid 23 pounds for less than 2 km from. Airport. Upgraded room, musty.. Getting in was not easy, to our luck two residents were checking in, they helped. Booking.cOm Or the property has to give clear instructions to check in at the time of booking. There was no network and we couldn't see any check in info. For the amount we paid and the hassle, we could have stayed in a hotel. Worse, it took security deposit.

Stupid smoke alarm in the kitchen goes off if you slightly overdo your toast.

A very average stay. Good in as much as there is free parking in front of the house if you are lucky enough to get in early.

Location - We arrived at Heathrow late at night, planned to stay at the hotel for a night before going to London the next day. There was no other way of going to the hotel besides taking an Uber/ Bolt ride, which cost us 26GBP for a short distance. The house was located in a residential area, and there were no shops in vicinity. The house and area outside the house were in total darkness. I need to use the torchlight to find the key box at the door to get access to the keys. We felt unsure if we had arrived at the right place, and if the place was safe. The Bolt driver was so kind and waited for us until we managed to enter the house.

The room is clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable.

The communal Shower room, toilets, bathroom and Kitchen. There is no Television Set to watch news and the Paris 2024 Olympics.

It's very near to Heathrow Airport and the Shops and Bus Station.

Operators required copy passport to be sent online before providing details of address, which was potential security risk. They also required a payment of 1GBP to be made even though money was paid up front. This was not returned. There was no info at the property about shops etc in the area and due to its location these were difficult to find. There was virtually no china etc in the kitchen. Only one bathroom/toilet was in operation for 6 double rooms. There was no one as receptionist etc at the property even though the info suggested there was. Overall place was very tatty and in need of repair. Impression was just a moneyspinner for someone rather than a genuine attempt to provide reasonable holiday accommodation

Location was very close to transport but was very quiet which was good. Room was a reasonable size as was.kitchen

The bathrooms were shared. It would have been nice to have a private bathroom option as I traveled with two little girls. one of the bathrooms was super odd like an old toilet closet. It was so confusing that we were made to fill out an extra registration and pay a deposit. Then it constantly stated that reception would close at a certain time so we rushed from the airport only to discover that there is no reception. It was very confusing that we made it before reception closed and we could not get in. We had to figure out in the very dark area how to get in, which means finding and opening the keyboxes hidden to the right. There should be motion activated lights to help...maybe even a sign at the door to guide you better to the keyboxes.

It was clean. The rooms were big. The bed was very big and comfortable. There was a big new kitchen available and with coffe/tea available there. Everything was very clean and I walked to a grocery dely store where O bought breakfast at.

Lots of random messages sent outside the Booking.com system or with disabled links. No reasonable adjustments made for disabled guests (in breach of Equality Act). Double room had just one chair, and a tiny wobbly unusable table, one bedside table, one lamp. The shower was broken. The area smelled of gas. Cleanliness was medium. My room was at the front and broken blinds meant incomplete privacy. The handle to my door and the toilet were both dodgy.
