It was unclear to me that there was no dryer, only a washer - but that may have been my oversight. We were on the top floor which included some eaves and low ceilings which was difficult to manage for the tallest (6'4") person in our party and meant he couldn't comfortably fit in the shower.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished with very modern appliances. Location was perfect - not right in the middle of the main busy area, but very close. The bonus of the Highland Soap company products sent me straight to their store to buy some of my own.

Nothing regarding facilities. If you like windows open at night, the traffic is quite constant and you may need to close windows, huge difference…good glazing, then a bit hot. Didn’t realise I was on 6th floor, bit of a struggle for me and my 80 year old Mum, my fault, I did t ask.

Lovely clean apartment, very modern and comfortable. Plenty towels and water in fridge, fabulous TV. Would recommend paying the parking at Tesco, as suggested…a minute walk to accommodation. Location is excellent, very central.

There was a fire door on the 3rd floor, but it was locked. This needs sorting.

Very clean & spacious Apartment close to centre of town. Access is up 4 flights of stairs so not suitable for elderly or infirm. There is on street parking available which is free overnight.

Apartment was warm even with no heating on . Downside is when we opened bedroom window we got road traffic noise. There was no hook in bathroom to hang up clothes when showering and no tea towel to dry any dishes. There is a dishwasher but when it’s only a couple staying you don’t use a lot of dishes? Not much of a view outside .

Perhaps check out could have been a little later, 10am is very early especially when you can’t check in on day of arrival until 4pm.

We were allocated Flat No6, this unfortunately is up four flights of stairs [Total 51 steps] I think when people book this apartment they should be informed that there are a number of steps to encounter and there is no lift available. Being a pensioner If I had known this I would not have booked. I booked this apartment last year and was given Flat No1 and that was great. If I book again I will check which flat I am allocated before confirming my booking.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need, lovely comfortable beds. Clean towels although a bit on the small size, tea & Coffee provided and milk sachets in the fridge. the apartment is situated very close to local supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. this is a great location and Oban is a top place to visit

No curtains or blinds on windows in lounge or kitchen area. Bed nice and wide but a bit short.
