I've never written a review but this is the exception. Everything was perfect, the kindness of Karl and Carla, the magnificent room with a view of Loch Ness, the well-prepared dinner by a great chef Karl and the super breakfast. If you love Nessie or not! Don't hesitate... We are not yet at the end of our holiday but I think that you will remain the best establishment of our holiday. Thank you for everything. We won't forget you and we wish you all the best.... Lysiane & Olivier

Nothing to notice.

OMG THE GARDEN ON THE LOCH! The room was great, clean, big bed, but the best part of this B&B is the garden directly on the Loch, so many beautiful flowers and plants. We enjoyed some great drinks on the garden lounge and met some very interesting people. It's cozy, clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Karl and Carla were perfect hosts. Communication before we arrived was pleasant and detailed. The room (#2) was spacious, clean and comfortable with an amazing view of Loch Ness. Breakfast and diner are an absolute must at this B&B. We got some great recommendations from Karl and Carla on what to do and where to go. All in all: loved our stay :) Would book again.

I wish we could have had the room with a view. Otherwise nothing.

Carl and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The house is beautifully finished and absolutely spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Book in for the evening meal, the food was delicious and there are no restaurants nearby.

Parking for the property is nearby but not actually on the property which means lugging baggage. Hint: if going for a short stay, take an overnight bag only to your room.

The breakfast prepared by trained chef and co-proprietor, Karl was outstanding. The establishment was spotlessly clean and it is evident that Carla and Karl take pride in their offering to guests. The location of Airanloch on the headwaters of the Loch is excellent, affording great views across the water. It's a beautiful spot.

This is a great B&B, everything was perfect. Great location, lovely decor and the rooms are clean and comfortable, Karl was an great host, he made us feel very welcome and offered up loads of great advice ahead of our NC500 trip, he’s a great chef too, breakfast was stunning. If we travel north of the border again, we will definitely stop here again.

Karl was a fantastic host and the rooms were superb. They were modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with the scrambled eggs the best I’ve had. Really enjoyable stay.

Amazing and delicicious are the best words to describe this experience: there even was some gluten-free possibilities( if you ask before coming obviously). We had a really wonderful time!

Our hosts Karl and Carla were amazing! Great spot on the end of Loch Ness with a perfect view. Very comfortable and wish we could have stayed longer. Also, breakfast and dinner were very delicious.
