The owner promised to bring us an extra blanket a few times but never did. I would have bought one if I knew that he wasn’t going to deliver on the promise but for 2 days I counted on it being delivered. Also, there was a stove but no pots and pans. Also, for the first day the internet didn’t work.

There was a washing machine included that we were able to use. It was clean and bright. The kitchen had utensils and dishes and a microwave. It was close to all the attractions and noisy at night due to being on a main road.

Very impersonal, beds were very worn and uncomfortable, carpet on stairs was threadbare and loose and dangerous as staircase was steep It’s not no 71 but is 71a.

The flat is incredibly basis. It is advertised as 2 bedroom but is actually two bed in an open apartment style. It has a really unpleasant smell which is either related to cleaning or the fact it’s above a fish restaurant. We hired for a social night out in Liverpool. We returned from a night out at 2.30 am. However the apartment above let through the same person held a party until 07.30 am when meant it was impossible to sleep. Cheap, and a good location but that’s all it offers and I wouldn’t stay again.

The location is superb and that is the best aspect about it

No hand towels,no tea towel blinds didn't open and there was a bad smell from the drain. Not as clean as expected and the kitchen was not fully equipped.

Not being given the correct door codes. Then spending 30 mins on the phone outside in the pouring rain to the provider being told he always sends the wrong codes out. Then demanding we send a picture of our booking before he would give us the code. Our reservation number wasn't good enough. No data signal on my phone, so was very difficult. No hot water. No bedside cabinet. Terrible tv reception. Window blind broken and tied down, so it couldn't be lifted to see out of the window or let light in.

Nowhere to hang clothes or drawers.I realise it was only a studio but there was room to hold a free standing wardrobe and drawers. TV was hanging off wall, I took pic and messaged host ,he said previous tenants must have done it No pots or pans he said they must have been stolen or they where in the flat somewhere.. I feel because I stated these facts we where then locked out apartment..on the Saturday afternoon he changed the key code I arrived back at apartment @ 16.00 to collect my luggage ,car keys and other valuables...Phoned the host to let us in ..Said to come back at 21.00 I informed him that my husband who is 70 needed his medication, he then said tough ... I said I would need to phone police he said go on ,it's not a crime .. He was then abusive to my sister said we where foreigners and he was going to get a gang onto us .. We booked into Adelphi Hotel which cost us £345 for our next 2 nights... Such a bad experience for what was to be a great weekend ..x

Although bathroom looked clean there was a dirty rag left on the radiator Beds were very uncomfortable. I slept in the single and a spring is poking out of it. Some worn flips flops were left on the floor that didn't need to be there We couldn't get in as the code I was sent was wrong so had to call host and he said they change it everyday. Would have been useful to know this on the day. Nowhere near worth the £120 we spent. Location is near to things but very noisy at night.

After having been given the wrong codes to access firstly the apartment block and then the rooms, and having to wait for sometime for someone to come let us in, we were met with an unclean room and then the code for WiFi was also wrong. Having issues getting initially, we decided we didn't want risk leaving the apartment in case we had similar issues getting in again!

Very noisy, absolutely filthy. Sink, fridge, toilet, shower all filthy. Window wouldn’t close. No towels. You get what you pay for but this place was disgusting
