We went in August so it was very warm especially in the bedroom as it was lovely but very small . However everything else was amazing so I wouldn't let that put me off going again .

I loved everything...the location the views and property , it was private and peaceful and the host was helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back again !

The house was extremely comfortable and the hot tub was an extra bonus. The location was very convenient for many surrounding attractions. The owner was very welcoming. I would highly recommend to others and would stay there again

Nothing, it was great.

Such a peaceful weekend, Ty Bach is a great little home away from home. The hot tub was great after a long day of driving and exploring. Richard was a lovely host, even bringing our chippy food round when the delivery driver didn't call. Perfect views all around. The local shop/post office was only a three minute walk away and the staff are really friendly in there. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a 5* rating all day long, Nestled in a little village with access to all areas of north wales with conwy 10 minutes away and Llandudno 20 minutes away. The stay was amazing from start to finish, A lovely little place that is perfect for couples wanting to relax and unwind. There is everything that is needed at the accommodation and more and the bed was super comfortable with the hot tub been that finishing touch. Richard was a first class host who greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property and where everything was throughout and how to use certain things including the hot tub. We will definitely be back and thanks again Richard the place is a credit to you 5* Thanks again Steve & Nikki

Nothing not to like. We did notice, however, that the shower was leaking from the shower head, we told Mark and he said he'd sort it straight away.

Perfect private location with stunning views. Situated do everything was easy to get to. So very cosy inside, decorated perfectly. Hot tin was a lovely treat even at -1.well worth the cost and have already said we'd return.

Lovely place, has everything you need for a base to explore Wales. The conservatory is so nice to sit in to watch the horses and look at the view. Very clean and nicely decorated, has a relaxing feel to the whole place.

Nothing. The only thing we could say is the towels felt a little damp from the basket and we didn't seem to have hot water in the kitchen to wash up. I will just make sure I address this next time we go

We've stayed here twice now and both times really enjoyed it. We love going for the hot tub but the whole place is really nice too. Will definitely be returning ☺️

Location was lovely especially the hot tub with views. Facilities and amenities were on point. Richard went above and beyond for us. Will deffo be staying again. The cookies and milk provided for us was very thoughtful. Hot tub was the perfect end to a busy day.

If you have a long hair you need to get your own hairdryer, because the one they have is it small and take long time to dry
