Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaExcellent location. Easy to walk downtown, to the university and the Old Course. Lots of little extras - gift basket, chocolates/mints beside the bed. Quiet building. Parking spot right outside the entrance door. Hosts were very helpful when we were having trouble finding the lock box.

This is a very comfortable apartment with everything you need. It was warm and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal being only a short walk from the town and the harbour. Sheena and Darrell are perfect hosts and provided us with full and timely information on the property.

United KingdomI struggle to think of anything to suggest here. The hosts were brilliant and very welcoming at all times. My only worry was that I might damage something in this lovely apartment! Only improvement would be the weather.... but this is St. Andrews... where you expect it to rain on occasion....(!)
Perfect location. Beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds with wonderfully fluffy towels. Lovely hot water with perfect water pressure. Very fast internet with dedicated work desk. Off-street parking (which is important in St. Andrews if you need to leave your car during the day).

The flat was luxuriously furnished and very well equipped for self-catering. Very comfortable seating in the lounge, and all very clean. We slept well in comfortable beds, good quality curtains and no noise. The owners provide a thoughtful welcome pack (tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, cold drinks etc). A short drive or 15 – 20 minute walk into town, the beach and the golf courses. Private parking.

Excellent location -- an easy walk into the centre of St Andrews, and with a bus stop right on the doorstep. The flat was clean and welcoming, and with everything we needed. Sheena was friendly and made sure we were comfortable. A great base for our weekend in St Andrews, and we would very happily stay here again.

The appartment was fabulous!! It was super clean and cosy, providing everything we needed and even more, for a family to feel comfortable.There were welcome drawing kits for our kids and welcome tea ,coffee and treats for all of us! We absolutely loved the appartment's decoration and character! Beautifull colours ,paintings and artifacts everywhere. It was very pleasant and relaxing at the same time. There were table games, books (i loved the one with the guitars !!), a small desk if you need to work, 3 big flat tvs (although we only used one for the kids) and lots of scented candles to choose from.Comfortable big beds, big fluffy towels, kitchen fully equipped (you wont find anything missing !!) Last but not least the center of the town (shops, restaurants, pubs) and the sights were at a walking distance. Darrell and Sheena were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. They were always available for everything we needed. Once again Shenna and Darrell thank you !!

United KingdomA lot or personal ornaments everywhere and wardrobes half full being used as storage by the owners. Had to look through cupboards for spares toilet rolls, non left out. Small high dining table in kitchen would be cramped for 4 adults. With a bit of decluttering would be perfect
Lots of natural daylight and spacious. Easy access from parking space via the lift to the front door. Just a 15 min walk to the centre or 5 mins to the harbour. 5 min drive to M&S or Morrisons Beautifully carpeted
