The flat was very clean and comfortable, cosy warm welcome, heating and lamps on when we entered the flat. Nice kitchen, well equipped and wine and treats in fridge. Small,safely enclosed garden for the dogs, fresh decor throughout, comfy bed in the bedroom. Large television on wall in the cosy living room. Would highly recommend to anyone with or without dogs. Very central too. Thank you.

That the light in the close was not working so very dark couldn't see a thing when the close door was closed... Maybe I should have phoned Annemarie about this at the time !!

The place was clean, pleasant and bright. Lovely furniture. Very comfortable bed. Liked the little touches ... Complimentary drinks and biscuits thank you ! Plenty of Crockery and cutlery.

It was a bit cold in the sitting room in the evenings. We tried adjusting the heating but this didn't appear to work. In the end I wrapped a throw round me to watch TV! It wasn't a big issue as we had very good weather, but had it been colder outside I would have contacted the host. The bed was lovely and warm!

The flat is well situated for walking into town. It is large and well equipped. The king-size bed was particularly comfortable. The location is quiet and seems to be undergoing extensive upgrading with several properties either recently painted or being painted whilst we were there. Parking was no problem and we easily found a space near the front door of the flat on the occasions when we used the car. The host had left wine,chocolates and milk to welcome us which was a very nice touch. We would book this venue again.

Not bad, my husband and myself have mobility issues so we felt it was a bit of a trek, but we managed.

Location was a little run down with quite a few run down properties near by.

The property was immaculate little garden area had seating. Bed was huge, TV had sky. Bath was great and shower, kitchen well equipped. Chocolates and wine/beer left by hosts plus milk and teabags/coffee.

The apartment was light and airy with a spacious back garden that was bliss in the sun. 1 large bedroom with a king size bed that was very comfy. Living room with sofa bed, not so comfy but son slept on the couch. Tv and dvd available with sky tv too. No tv in bedroom but we didn't miss it. Loads of extras available, wine, beer, doughnuts on arrival. Dressing gowns, toothbrushes, slippers. Very thoughtful host. Would definitely stay again. Almost forgot, check in is from 3 but we were early and Anne Marie let us in from 12. Top notch 👍

The kitchen was missing a few things that would have made our stay easier - a teapot, a second shelf in the oven, dishcloth - we also had to buy extra kitchen roll, foil and toilet roll. It would help, too, if things were easier to find - we rang to say there was no tea-towel but there was one 'hidden' under the sink, and we didn't notice the basket with dog treats until day two of our stay! A booklet with information and clear instructions would be really helpful.

The street where the apartment is located is not great so first impressions are not good, but inside the apartment is fine and it is a short walk to the beach and town. It was nice to find a bottle of wine, milk and chocolates in the fridge when we arrived, and biscuits in the cupboard. The bed is huge and we slept well, the shower was good and the apartment is spacious and light. It also has a back garden which we made use of when the sun shone. We had initial problems with the heating and tv but AnnMarie answered the phone instantly and things were sorted out quickly.

The surrounding houses were in a poor state So first impressions were worrying but once inside apartment we were delighted with our choice

The other flats in the block let the building down. The garden area belonging to our flat was nice but the the rest was overgrown with unemptied bins and rubbish.

Close to water and everything you will need Seating outside was a bonus. Biggest bonus was how quiet it is

Nice thoughtful touches , for dog and granddaughter . Milk and wine in fridge . Granddaughter played with the game Anne Marie left for her and also she set up a small bed which granddaughter loved .Would highly recommended and def book again 10/10

Only downside for us as we had a dog was that patio accessible through stair door.

Flat very central road is between Nardini's and Church. spacious for two people with plenty of home comforts. AnneMarie Lleft us drinks in the fridge and milk - much appreciated.

We did find property to be on cold side although it may be suitable for others as we both feel the cold. Could have done with a nonslip bath mat, and a grab rail as shower is over bath and its quite a high side for stepping over into bath.

Location very central to shops, restaurants and prom. Rooms very spacious. Parking available outside door. Host answered queries quickly. Information on restaurants, shops etc was much appreciated. The welcome pack was much appreciated and a nice surprise.

Fabulous clean and tidy ground floor flat. Nicely decorated. Everything you need. Very spacious. Awesome shower. Great touches like biscuits, wine and chocolates and treats for the dog. Only a 5 minute walk to the promenade. Plenty of take aways within walking distance. No trouble with parking. Got right outside the flat. Will definitely go back.
