Shower was not hot, couldn’t get it from being freezing even though I tried 4 times and have the same shower at home. It was incredibly loud through the night people running down the stairs not sure what they was doing. Woke up to wee on the floor in the toilet which was annoying. The road outside the window is really noisy in the morning struggled sleeping once this hit.

It was easy to check in and nice and simple. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Internet was fast and rooms were clean. Quiet location, and the temperature was warm which was nice.

There is no property actually to like or not to like .. no sign or street number .. how come booking fooling people .. it is a disaster and waste of money and effort . I will never used booking . Com again and will delete the app as they just have not got a clue about the criteria of chowing properties to advertise ..

I wasn’t able to find the property according to google map and waze .. property is obscured somewhere in street called Bond Street which you can locate it at all plus staff not responding to calls even at 2230 just message which is not helpful at all .. I ended with disappointment after searching for 1 hour so had to go back from where I came from 🥶😨

however the accommodation was not clean, the other guests were loud and screaming, the property was cold all night, and there was also a prostitute acting out of the property that was tricking guests to let her in.

The property was in a nice location and was Cleanish.

It’s my favourite accommodation in Wakefield. Started to feel like home. Location is really in the heart of the city, area is quiet and safe

Was sent the codes to get in and after a 12 hour shift I arrived and codes wouldn’t work had to message property and was then told they had changed the codes, got in the room and carpet was stained and looked disgusting, asked property for WiFi code which they said was in e mail about parking etc (which it wasn’t), couldn’t watch terrestrial tv only streaming, was told it was no smoking but could smell smoke as I went up the stairs to my room, would not stay again!!!!

Try to check in, I had issues with my confirmation text to get inside the property. Spent over one hour trying to get inside the property, called the property multiple times no answer. Landlord accused of me of lying to try to keep £40 reservation. Landlord kept the money, I didnt get a room. Avoid this place, will be accused of lying, just a terrible terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Location couldn’t be more central than this. Very safe area, at any time of the day or night. It’s offered all necessary things you need, host is replying very fast to any questions you may have.

Cold room no heating on what so ever, it was that cold the pillows were freezeing, couldnt sleep because of this, no wifi, no tea, coffee, the staff were very unpleasant & unhelpful, we are a disabled couple, we defo wouldnt stay ever again

I cannot complain about anything. Central location, big room, all u need.

The most impressive was the bedding, comfortable and brand new, looked and felt like bedding from 5* Hotels. Furniture was new, for the money I paid it was much better than I expected.

We was staying in the top room, you practically have to crawl around the room, there were hairs in the bottom of the shower and it was absolutely freezing. Behind a beam on the very small ceiling was full of mould which we hadn’t noticed until the day we left. I will never pay for anything like it again. You have to climb 3 flights of stairs just to boil a kettle as there are no facilities in the room. Towels were thrown in bottom of wardrobe (luckily we came with our own), like they had already been used. The duvet sheet didn’t button or zip so kept coming off, the sheet wasn’t tucked so we was waking up on a dirty mattress. I would avoid this place in future. It is not even a proper room. Paid over £100 just to lay in a bed as you couldn’t move around the bed. WiFi didn’t work on the telly and the Ariel wouldn’t pick up live telly.
