Great holiday park. Bar and restaurant is great. Location is really good so plenty to do onsite and offsite. The lodge was immaculate.

Lovely reception and check in, with polite staff. We were in the walled garden, lovely location only 6 other vans, easy walking distance to bar and waterfalls. Vans were spacious, clean and well appointed and got tub a very welcome treat after a day of walking and exploring Snowdon. Perfect location to explore North Wales. Highly recommend and will return

In a beautiful woodland location. Stunning caravans and lodges. An elegant mix of caravans, cabanas and hotel. Must mention the staff also that made it a memorable stay

There was no hand wash in the bathroom and the cot we hired from them didn’t have a sheet which meant our baby had to sleep without one as we didn’t know. It would probably help to include in the welcome email that ‘bring your own toiletries’ also includes hand wash as we hadn’t experienced no hand wash anywhere before and therefore didn’t realise we had to also bring this. We also thought £10 to hire a highchair was a little much considering they are only £19 new from Ikea so we just brought our own with us. Only minor things which didn’t effect our stay ☺️

Absolutely gorgeous grounds and the location was perfect. The holiday home was honestly spotless and looked brand new. I couldn’t believe how clean it was! All the staff we spoke to were extremely friendly and happy to help. We were even called before arrival to check if we would be in the area early in case of early check in. They then emailed to let us know that our home was ready early. We absolutely loved our whole stay!

The fresh towels were not clean, we noticed stains on towels.

We stayed in a caravan with a hot tub. Everything was super clean apart from the towels. It felt like everything was brand new. There was decent space in the caravan for two. The restaurant served very nice food and the staff was pretty kind. In overall, it was a pleasant stay. Definitely recommended!

Our Forest cabin was too small for two elderly people. The bed had to be pulled down each night. No instructions on how the microwave worked.

Loud party for 3 hrd in a privayely owned vsn. Dealt woth immediayely when reported though. Staff wrre excellent.

Could have used a little more information in the room, such as breakfast times and how to go about booking, things to do in the area, recommendations for restaurants or cafes in the local area etc.

Lovely location with walks nearby. Porthmadog within 10 minute drive. Dog friendly in most places.

Once again, a lovely and relaxing stay :). Staff were really friendly. This time we tried the restaurant and the food was AMAZING!!! (still dreaming of my steak and cheesecake haha). We have booked to return for a third time this year!
