Got upgraded the first night, then got told in the middle of the day (next day) that we didn't to move rooms again. This interrupted our time enjoying our holiday. They said we had to move as they were fully booked yet there was only 2 cars in the car park.

Room was clean, lots of space, good facilities and had a parking space!

No real complaints. TV reception was quite poor, but that didn't really bother us. We weren't expecting 4 star luxury, but everything was clean and worked. Good value for money

Friendly staff, off road car parking. Very clean spacious room. Towels and toiletries provided. We had a fridge in our room. Bed comfortable and shower had hot running water! The Lodge is closed to the town centre and promenade. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Clean comfortable and convenient for my short stay. Easy walk to any shops restaurants, and promenade if required. Parking on site. Would happily stay again should the occasion arise.

I can't really complain about anything- cheap, clean nice host! (I was woken early by another very noisy guest..but that's not the host fault).

The room was nice and clean and ready to check in early. Parking was ample and easy. Just a short walk to the seafront and convince store just across the road, there were plenty of cafes and takeaways around to. Wifi worked just fine for us… connected our iPad easily but needed some help to set the TV up. Onsite staff helped with this. Cant fault the stay will return in the summer.

The WiFi didn't work. We were told it may or may not work when arriving. This wouldn't have been a huge problem but signal wasn't amazing here, and the TV had no aerial... therefore no TV! The room was also quite cold, even though the radiator had been on. The bed eas also quite hard, struggled to sleep on it.

Location was great and parking was easy. The room was also very spacious.

Maybe do a little poster or folder with area information and hotel info such as WiFi password as there was no where for this to be found and we only had jt 2 hours before leaving. Maybe extra pillow.

About a 10 minute walk to the beach, good location. Good amount of parking if other customers park within the lines.

Only small complaint was that the drain in the sink in the room made noise when ever anyone else used a tap.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and signing in was very quick and easy. I liked the addition of a bottle of water to the usual tea and coffee facilities. location is just a few min from the town center. Shower was good. Bed was firm and comfy, I slept great. But i would definitely stay again.

The only thing that was wrong was that I couldn’t watch the TV, it was a Wi-Fi tv streaming only and I couldn’t seem to get it to work so I just gave up. I was only there for a single night so it didn’t really matter

The staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival, the room was very nice and a good size great for a single guest and I would imagine good for a couple. The hotel was in a good position not too far from the town and seafront and the road outside didn’t seem too busy (or noisy) I only stayed for 2 days and 1 night and would definitely recommend it to anyone for a enjoyable stay

Nothing really was bad about the place

The staff were all nice and really friendly. It only took about 10 minutes to walk to the centre of town so I was able to leave the car at the property and have a nice walk along the beach and enjoy some fish and chips.

The room was spacious and comfortable everything was clean plenty of tea and coffee in the room and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, the couple that welcomed us were very friendly they explained they had only just opened was very satisfied with our stay free parking and we could leave the car after we checked out for awhile which was Brilliant
