Susan and Robert have welcomed us and were super nice and friendly. They gave us all the info we needed regarding the room and the area. The room is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything one can think of. Susan puts attention to the smallest, and her home.made breakfast is the best we had. The view from the room is breathtaking! Cant wait to come back.

Beautiful spacious barn with attention on every detail. Our room was large and bright with everything we could possibly need. The amazing breakfasts delivered every morning were a real treat. We are sad to leave but grateful we’ve had the chance to stay in such a wonderful place.

Not the property but the access road from main road is very narrow and steep so one worries a bit about meeting another car, but actually in 9 or so trips we never did have a problem!

Fab location for triathlon training and if you’re used to a country home / farm this is epic. Loved playing with the dog, Chatting with the owners and the runs around the South Downs way.. Good pubs and restaurants close by and c 2:30 from Cambridge and 90 mins from london Breakfast are fabulous!

Everything was fantastic - the room, the location and the views. The breakfast basket was delicious and such a nice touch. Both of the hosts went above and beyond to help us - picking us up from the station and very kindly dropping us off when we were leaving. We had a perfect weekend and wouldn't have changed anything. We already can't wait to come back!

Hand rail in the shower would of been helpful for those not so steady on there feet.

I hadn't fully appreciated we were sharing the property with occupants of the other rooms. But it didn't prove to be an issue because our respective rooms were large and self contained and our paths never crossed.

The breakfast basket was a novel and enjoyable way to have breakfast in the room. The host was very attentive and ensured we were furnished with all information regaining the South Downs and what was available locally.

The location of A Barn is amazing. It over looks beautiful countryside and the views blew us away. The Barn itself is truly spectacular and we can't wait to return. The breakfast basket is a must, especially the pancakes :)

Beautiful setting with stunning views and surroundings. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The location was private and yet within easy walking distance of excellent walking trails and a wonderful cosy country pub for the evening.

This place was lovely from start to finish. The setting is beautiful, the views from the rooms are stunning in the day and the sky at night is something else. The location is great for getting about and the walk over The Downs to Arundel is really beautiful. Susan and her husband are such welcoming hosts and keep the place perfectly. Their dog Sky was also an absolute delight! Bed was super comfy and bathroom very modern.

I don't know how you can improve on anything, everything was just perfect for us.

On arrival we were thrilled with our choice of room and the view over the downs. Susan was a most welcoming host and made us feel immediately at home by giving us a tour of the barn and explaining that we also had full use of the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. We took advantage of the breakfast basket option available on 3 mornings and had the cooked full english breakfast on our final day when we had no time constraints, both options were plentiful, varied and delicious. As we were visiting the area to attend the Goodwood Revival we did not have enough time to make full use of all the facilities or visit anything in the local vicinity during our stay but we definitely want to return!!!
