Our room was too small and too hot

The b&b was very clean with a brilliant kitchen and great supplies for breakfast we were only a short stroll from the bus stop to town

The only thing I didn't like you couldn't watch TV in bedroom as the Reception was very poor other than that we had a great stay.

The confirmation email didn’t explain the self-service breakfast so I needed to contact the owner which I felt bad about. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom as I had assumed from the hotel inventory.

The room was too small for 2 people and also too hot

We liked the fact that it was so clean and brilliant facilities for cooking your own breakfast if you want to also a great supply of food for breakfast and also transport into Belfast was just up the road

The blind in the room was broken and we couldn't open it for the duration of our stay. The room was a bit dusty and had stains on the wall underneath the blind.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The common bathroom and kitchen area was kept clean. The breakfast supplies were nice and they had alternative milk like Oat & Soya milk which was great.

The only issue we encountered was the stairs, as the wife uses a stick & stairs are always an issue for her. This is no fault of The Avenue, but Jim was so apologetic and would have moved us if there was a room available.

JIm is a lovely bloke. Kept thanking us for chosing The Avenue & he really left us treat it like home.

Location great / comfortable bed - sparkling clean - need to be lively to haul your bag up x 3 flights tho ! Lovely to have a kitchen and washing machine to use and all breakfast items most acceptable

Very clean, good communication regarding entry and allowed for a slightly earlier entry. Very quiet area and walkable to concert venue.

Stairs were initially a challenge, especially with a larger case, but we got used to them.

Shared kitchen and dining/lounge area was brilliant. Generous breakfast provisions, and a generous amount of cooking equipment and additional grocery provisions all in excellent condition. Our top floor room was private and a good size, with a 180 degree street view.

Great location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest bus stop a few minutes from the city centre but lovely and quiet. Rooms and public areas spotless. Good selection of food for breakfast in the morning.

The accommodation was clean, tidy, and perfect for our overnight stay in Belfast. It was in a good location, close to the George Best Airport, and the SSE Arena (which was perfect, as we were over for the Ice Hockey). The bed was comfy, and clean, and ample towels were provided for our overnight stay.

Location is a bit outside the centre, but bus connections into the centre are very good, regular, and quick. Good location if you're planning on visiting C.S. Lewis' hoods.

Lovely cosy quiet place on quiet street. Cosy clean room. Cosy bed. Nice big continental breakfast with lots of options. Good value for money.

Pretty close to all amenities everything you need is there

The only minor issue, and very minor, is that we were not able to see the TV channels as they were scrambled. We were not there to watch TV so not an issue

Quiet family oriented neighbourhood, clean, well stocked kitchen and WIFI worked fine. We stayed at 94 Templemore which has four rooms. Rooms 1 and 2 on the second floor and 3 and 4 on 3rd (top floor). The first floor (ground floor) had full kitchen with 2 stoves, microwave, fridge, sink, washer/dryer as well as eating area and living room. The kitchen was freshly stocked each day. The unit is about a 25 minute walk from Belfast city centre which was nice exercise to start and end our days. We walked to both Titanic museum and George Best Airport as well as City Centre. Finding our way to the airport was a bit of challenge and in hindsight we should have taken a bus but an adventure to start the day.
