There wasn’t ventilation inside the room. That was something I didn’t liked about. The windows was not opening fully. And there wasn’t any fans felt a bit warm after a quote hour.

The room was clean , well maintained… All properly organised. The best was near to the city which was a plus point. Public transport was available all time. Everything was good overall. I would come again to stay there. If I have a chance.

It’s on a busy road and a flight path, so quite noisy, but we were too tired to care too much!

The price was very reasonable. It’s a house so you have full use of the well equipped kitchen, nice seating area etc.

The room was on the top floor and the stairs were narrow. The bathroom was a bit small. The lock on the front door was broken - we were a bit scared that someone might enter the accommodation.

The room was very spacious and bright. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was very well equipped. We greatly appreciated that there was everything we needed to make a good breakfast: cereals, bread, milk, coffee, sweets... The location was quite good; we walked everywhere.

The cleaner was not very friendly, but maybe because we checked out a little later. Still, she could be nicer.

We were travelling by car and it was really easy to park near the guesthouse. The room for 3 was really nice, with view on the quiet street. 3 minutes drive from the supermarkets, startbucks, mcdonalds etc. On the shared kitchen we found eggs, toast bread, cereals and diffent types of milk and juice for the breakfast, but we still wanted to buy fish/ham and vegetables to have a complete meal. If you are not by car, there is also a smaller suprmarket around the corner, in 5 min walking distance. Not sure if it's easy to get to the city centre, but there seemed to be busses travelling on the street nearby. There seemed to be noone else in the place during our stay, so it was really calm.

I would like if it was nearer to city. However for the price we paid it was fine.

The room was small but comfortable and spotless. Kitchen had plenty of food to make a tasty breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Poor ventilation and requires opening window overnight. Very thin walls, can hear all neighbours and vice versa so likely not super comfortable if you’re a light sleeper.

All was fine, except there was no electricity in the kitchen when we wanted to make a drink. The owner was informed about the problem and I believe it was sorted.

We stayed at the Avenue Belfast for a night. The property was very clean. In the kitchen we could help ourselves to food left for guests. There was a great variety for breakfast. The room was small, the bed comfortable. It made us feel like at home.

A lot of noise from the street didn't allow us to sleep The light in the toilet was sensor activated very annoying, special for someone like me who goes to the toilet 10 times during the night.

I couldn't make heating work in my room, I didn't asked because it wasn't a big deal. Nothing else really.

Room is enough for two people to sleep in but thats it. Other than that it was clean, towels provided. Private bathroom was also very clean and extremely useful. Good place to using it only for sleeping and showering. There are communal areas in the house such as living room, kitchen etc. Location is also very good. 2 min walk to bus stop, 10-15 min of bus drive to city centre. There is a small supermarket around and if you walk 15 min there are some restaurants and cafes.
