Undoubtedly and very unfortunately it smelt of urine in one bedroom and on one sofa. Windows didn’t close properly which left us worried someone would break in easily. Back door wouldn’t lock from inside so would have to climb over the railing after locking from outside. Oven was difficult to light and often took several attempts to light. Found pubic hair in the shower.

Good sized caravan and cheap but a bit of a distance from the beach so a car is needed.

it was very dated which we expected, we arrived to find another family in our caravan which they had already unpacked. the family in the caravan were not happy to move. we offered to move instead but was told the other caravan was smaller yet there were exactly the same number of guests within their party. apparently the other caravan was of a much higher standard yet same price. we were offered a partial refund to compensate us for the fact we had to completely clean our caravan after the other family moved out. this was during covid so not great.

It needs a little modernization and also try leaving a map of the caravan site (which are available from reception) in the caravan so people don't get lost on the actual site as it's a large caravan site

The cleanliness or the van, even though the floors and worktops where clean , the insides of some of the cupboards where dirty and the inside of the cooker had Burnt on food and crumbs . I know it’s a caravan but if it was a hotel room you wouldn’t accept it. I know not everybody who uses the caravan have different standards of cleanliness and don’t care how they leave a van after their holiday, but when you arrive on you holiday you expect everything to be cleaned inside and out. Apart from that, I cannot complain about Samantha Taylor’s excellent customer service.

Staff were in general rude . Club house run down a little. Chip shop by arcades never open . Mix bag of holiday makers

Caravan was dated but great value for money. Owner was very informative and helpful. Deposit paid back on same day of departure caravan was clean but broken bits of furniture placed in cupboards

Couldn't get the oven to work, gas ran out after a short time. Moulding in places and alot of broken window latches didn't stay open the odd broken thing like chairs and doors or holes in places , shower worked I guess. Smells damp alot

The porch and the size or the carven in general had cups, plates and a toastie machine was handy just alot of stuff you would need in general

It was not clean no full set of utilises curtains hanging down All the other caravans around us had eitither takeken away or smashed windows when I had complained to lady on the phone to complain she add real attitude and said if you don't like it you will have to find somewhere else to stay I will be disappointed if I don't get some sort of refund back has we came back early from our holiday please feel free to contact me 07960457101 or barryward16@gmail.com

Shower had no water pressure. Caravan was basic, needs some money spent to bring it up to a good standard. There is a screw thread sticking out of the wall above the toilet which is dangerous Hinges of kitchen cupboards rusty. Window hinges rusty. TV reception very poor, kept on losing the signal. Some of the curtains needs new clips as some curtains were hanging one side. Outside clip to hold door open was broken. Toilet seat slightly lose. Air vents dirty.

Property was a little hard to find but in a good location once found. Key code box good idea. Fantastic heater in front room.

The shower had no power at all the water trickled out .The beds were awful not suitable for adult use, springs coming through the double bed was like sleeping on a trapoline .

The latches on the windows were broke . The double bed had wobbly legs there were hooks missing on the curtains. The TV was stuck on bbc2 and couldnt get any other channels the toilet seat was broken and dangerous light over bed not working lounge light didnt work.

A good 20 min walk to get to the beach and beach bars shame there isn't direct access to fantasy island so again it's quite a walk

Good evening entertainment for my son and cheap beer can imagine the place will be buzzing once life gets fully back to normal

the cooker was hard to use so we didn’t use it, the windows were difficult to shut and there wasn’t anything to do on a night time with the kids other than watch tv no board games or anything.

it was well equipped with everything we needed, it even had stuff we could use for our toddler. safe plates, bouncing chair, high chair seat, travel cot and bed bar which came in handy and a little bath in the bottom of the shower too so definitely family friendly
