I think there could be a few more kitchen utensils available, such as a colander for draining pasta. Maybe a map of the building and information where the main bins are?

Central location, comfortable and warm. Plenty of hot water. Would definitely use again.

The bed my husband suffers from a bad back he did not find the bed comfy.

Everything was great and easily accessible if unsure on anything the host was a call away and she was attentive and quick at sorting out anything. She was brilliant thank you.

Had a lovely stay over Christmas.. due to my unfortunate situation. I was staying at air bnbs over Christmas. Katy was very helpful and made me feel welcome. I stayed at the apartment for a couple of weeks. Always asked me if I needed anything and if I did it would be there the next day. Shopping centre and restaurants at your door step and costa next door. Will highly recommend. :)

Host was amazing. Got stuck in Preston because of rail disruption. Booked on here and was in the apartment within 15 minutes of arriving at the station.

The apartment was newly refurbished with a kitchen/ dining / sitting room. A bathroom and 1 bedroom. The furniture was all new. Everything was new and very comfortable.

We couldn’t connect to the internet, in property booklet says 10am to check out but on my booking Confirmation says before 11am.

Property was very clean,spacious and great size. Everything we needed, great location.

The sofa had loads of dog hairs but as we came late spoke the next day to the owner- also found a lipstick in the cutlery drawer -did their best to rectify. Some hairs in bed and bedding mattress soft little support if u move so does Ur partner lol. No TV in bedroom. The apartment was lovely but these issues did cause some discomfort. To the owners credit they offered a move to another unit.

Location is great, close to shopping centre and a walk from station. Apartment overall nice. Just need to be more vigilant with pet hairs and cleaning.

Heating not working in bed room it was freezing just says heating code no instructions were the switches were had to ask cleaner .bed very small lumpy next to wall so every time partner got up to use the toilet he would wake me I ended up sleeping on a 2 seat sofa I'm 5ft 10 TV all we could get was American TV no English

On arrival, the flat was freezing at 7 degrees in all rooms - we could see our breath. Instructions on how to work the heating were hidden in a drawer underneath the television, once we put it on it took a considerable amount of time to heat and the flat only reached a temperature of 18-19 degrees which was extremely uncomfortable and made our stay less pleasant than expected. Shower ran out of hot water on the second morning, half way through a shower!

Great location, spacious areas that are very modern, comfortable beds and a very safe entrance. Lovely showers - rainfall and detachable! Close to all public transport, restaurants, bars and supermarket.

Although the apartment was lovely, my only criticism was that it was very cold in the hallways of the apartment, and the heating took a long time to warm the rooms.

The apartment was lovely, just as in the pictures. Clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, and decor was lovely. The location is great, right in the centre of the town and accessible to shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.

The toilet seat was loose. The kitchen could have been better equipped: there was no baking tray or hand towel, and the single tea towel got very wet very quickly so it was hard to dry the washing up. A dishwasher would have been welcome.

The apartment as a whole was good and had plenty of space for what we needed - better for our dog than staying in a hotel

1) The flat was very noisy at night because of its central location. Lots of people talking loudly late at night outside the front bedroom which is on the ground floor. 2) The blinds didn't provide any darkness in the front bedroom and the back bedroom had a glass door with no covering at all. Not very practical for getting changed, and not very cosy. Curtains would make a big difference. 3) The mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable. 4) There were four wine glasses but no corkscrew so we had to buy a new corkscrew. This is a basic kitchen item which you would expect to find in a holiday/weekend rental. 5) The flat thermostat was only 12 degrees when we arrived, so it felt very cold. It would have been nice if the owner or cleaner could have set the thermostat to an equable temperature before guests arrive. Even 15 degrees would have felt more welcoming. Having a separate thermostat in each bedroom and the living area also made heating the flat more complicated than it needed to be. 6) The monsoon shower head in the main bathroom was calcified and blocked and so the water didn't come out very well. There is no point having a large monsoon shower head if it isn't regularly cleaned.

1) The decor of the flat was nice and very contemporary. 2) Very central location for exploring Preston and visiting Avenham Park. 3) Two bathrooms and a nice kitchen area with a big fridge freezer. 4) A nice touch for anyone with a dog as a free bag of dog treats was provided.
