The shower, cooker & fridge needed some TLC.

Caravan wasn't equipped for more than 3 ,plates, dishes good for us but couldn't do 4 people cobwebs in bathrooms and around. Caravan , bedding poor. Suited myself and my daughter cos didn't cook just wanted a base.

The people before did not clean, so had to clean everything also had to clean fridge as food was still in there

The double bed was very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle, as a self cleaning caravan there wasn’t any mop or toilet cleaning products to use. We visited on a very rainy weekend and leading up to the door was waterlogged and muddy, so just be aware of taking some wellies or old shoes if visiting when rainy. But we had a lovely time and this wouldn’t put us off booking again.

The property was clean, tidy and spacious enough for a family of four. We enjoyed our stayed.

Boiler problem, no hot water really bad.

No heating on a very cold October weekend, no hot water most of the time neither heating. The surrounding access was all muddy as not enough slabs on the path to access the steps.

The caravan was very clean, the only downfall was the heavy staining on the sofas in the lounge area that smelt of urine, nothing a good steam clean wouldn't sort out.

Great little site for a few days break. Close to the sea and a short drive from other resorts. Excellent value for money, very comfortable caravan and well equipped. Staff at reception great for sorting out park passes.

The only thing is the path way to the caravan was really muddy and slippery and dangerous. I slipped and got mud all over my shoes. It needs more paving to get too!

One of the best we have been in. Clean warm, safe and quite. We loved it!! and will go again soon. It had a nice big TV. Parking outside for our car and for visitors. All great. When we book again I want the same place!!

It was not provided a linen and towel, we still need to bring our own duvet and pillow cases and our own towel which add more to our lagguage.

We can make our own food and have more family home.

I don’t think a cleaner has been here before our visit. No toilet roll. Sofas are black. Floor is dirty where it hasn’t been hoovered. Dirty cloths around draining board. Cups and plates left on draining board and also dirty. Tooth paste splattered up the mirror. Bin full of old rubbish that was left there when we arrived. Dirty bedding left on bed and funny smells in both rooms. I would like to send some pictures of the mess it was in before we arrived. Fag butts left on patio also. I will be hoovering and leaving it better than it was when we arrived although I don’t think I should but I’m a clean person. It’s really not acceptable to come to a caravan that has someone’s old rubbish left here and the floor hasn’t even been hoovered.
