Location was fantastic. The surrounding area is lovely.An 8 minute walk to the underground which puts you within minutes of the main attractions of London. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable.

Not really a dislike, more of an observation. The Tv was at a bit of an odd angle to watch from the sofa for any length of time, but fine if you watch in bed.

Location was close to District and circle line and it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable, and the apartment had all you need for a short stay. Would recommend.

The floors were a little bit dirty, there was no hairdryer and no kichen towel.

I really liked the location, the concept of the accomodation and the staff was really friendly. Even though there was a bit cold, the extra radiator eliminated that problem fully.

The shower did not drain adequately at all. We had to turn it off during the course of a typical shower because the enclosure would fill up to the lip and threaten to overflow. This is such a small thing and probably just an American thing - because we found it to be the case in all the places we stayed in the UK (there were four) - no washcloths? I was really happy to get home and exfoliate! :D We chalked it up to the "EVERYTHING is different" experience.

The location was good and the room was perfectly adequate. The tall windows let in a lot of cool air and kept the place comfortable (it was hot in London). The bed was quite nice. All we needed was a place to sleep and keep our things as we toured around London and this met our needs.

Mould on the bathroom ceiling and the black substance leaking out the walls. Didn't cook as there was no exhaust fan and did want to set off the fire alarm or fill room with cooking odours.

Location was fantastic, right between two train stations and close to multiple shops, pubs and restaurants.

Said there was a washing machine, didn’t say it was in the basement and no dryer. Room was seemed smaller than advertised

The bathroom was tiny and the shower is so small we had to take turns handing things to each other as you could not bend over. The taps are in such a terrible spot that you can't avoid turning the shower off or changing the temperature. There were no towel rails in the bathroom. There were toiletries advertised as provided but all there was really were half-used bottles of cheap shampoo. There were notes on leaving the place clean, but it wasn't that clean when we arrived. The WIFI code was only available from reading the tiny label on the bottom of the modem!

this is our honeymoon and the room didn’t look like the photo per say, but that’s no issue that’s our fault for assuming it would look exactly like that so no issue we are happy with what we got for the price we paid

such a quaint little room in London! prices are high here and the room is small even the shower too but that’s what you expect everywhere so don’t be alarmed. neighbours were quiet, the bed was nice and we thankfully had a fan since we came in the summer time! not far from train stations too which was handy considering taxis here takes a long time - London traffic is not fast at all. this room was very affordable, tv worked and the studio was quiet easy to keep tidy.

It has got everything what you can need and Bella was really helpful the whole time. Immediately next to the flat there are a couple of supermarkets and several restaurants. Easy to reach from London Heathrow with Piccadilly line until Gloucester Road. At this same station you can take the Tour bus. It was everything perfect.
