The water pressure of the showers was not very strong. The towels were very small and thin.

The property was in walking distance to the city centre. It was spacious, light and airy. Decorated in a modern style and felt like a real home. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. Well stocked kitchen. Very kind of them to leave us a bottle of wine and some crisps.

There were no pillow or mattress protectors. Though clean, the apartment needs a deeper clean ( sock & perfume sample under mat in main bedroom look like they’ve been there ages!)

The apartment was within a short walking distance of the city centre. The apartment was decorated in a nice contemporary style and was clean. The bottle of wine to welcome us was a nice touch.

A tricky lock on the door, my key broke first night and no after hours contact available so I had to find another place to stay late on the first night.

Centrally located and free parking onsite, responsive team during working hours.

Not so keen on having to retrieve the key from a lock box down a dark street, but I understand it is necessary to have them outside of the apartments as a key is needed for the front door from the street.

The location was great, very central and free parking is a bonus. The apartment was nicely presented, quiet and comfortable. The customer service from the team was excellent.

Car park was slightly confusing if not familiar with streets, be aware there are two shuttered entrances and make sure you go into the right one!

Would have been easier if the key fob for the carpark was with the door keys - just to save going back up to the apartment to leave the fob on the table.

Hot water pressure a bit low and shower stopped working if another tap was used. Bedroom a little tight. An upgade of the door lock would give a feeling of being a little more secure.

Very central location, ease of access, first class Wi-Fi, very clean, owners keep you updated. Well equipped Kitchen and nice lounge area and shower room. Good heating control maintained property at nice temperature.

Cotton sheets would have made bedding more comfortable. Another small side table in livingroom would have been convenient for setting down cups of tea. Place for toiletries in shower would have been nice instead of having to put bottles on the floor.

Location good. I liked clean and minimalist decor. Liked having dish towels and option of doing laundry.

it was clean at the first sight. but there were hairs and stains on the floor and the smell of amoniac was unpleasant. the cutlery and the mugs in the appartment were dirty.

The video for the lockbox showed only one on the railings with an indistinct mark. When we arrived there were about 20 lockboxes on these railings. Luckily Lauren in the office clarified which one to use.

The housing block wasn't suitable for the longer stay we had. It was adequate and that was all, really. Amenities fairly basic.

Nice apartment but appeared to be surrounded by social hosing tenants. Close to town centre and reasonably quiet but basic accomodation with little in the way of views. Not entirely sure the local area was too safe. Enjoyed the stay though but would not stay there again.

When you first entered the courtyard it reminded me a bit of "Cell block H", but the apartment itself was perfect for three OAP gents, perhaps some extra shampoo and shower gel would have been nice.

It was a great location, the property was clean and spacious, the hosts were in touch at all times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Mattress & pillows on en-suite bedroom wasn’t the most comfortable & could do with being replaced.

Terrible parking place. Birds surely terribly mess up your car. Unclear rules for young guests (they declare they do not accept guests under 25, they notify you after reservation is made, Within family it is possible but they tell you only by phone afterwards.).
