Bed were so comfortable and cleaned ,it was more than what we expect coz we just needed place to sleep in town area closer to the place where we attended our church conference.

There is only 1 toilet to share for the rest of the 4 bedroom. The Wifi was barely working so we only use our data.

Perfect renting space for huge family looking for a cozy, clean and spacious place to stay. The house is safe and convenient close to motorway too. Kitchen has enough utensils for cooking can't be thankful enough. The staff is very accommodating and would notify you every now and then of the to do list before checking out. We added last minute 1 person reservation to the booking and they have been very kind to approve our request. Overall, the stay had been a good value for money

We felt it was missing modest essentials such as cooking oil, pepper, a cafetiere, and maybe a dishwasher tablet per night of stay would be ideal for the "home away from home" experience.

Communication on the late check out could have been better. (We were left uncertain about this) Communication on parking at the property was inconsistent, which caused us some confusion. Also, we had two cars but there was only one permit. The bathroom basin didn't drain very well Dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and more toilet roll would have been appreciated, as there were 7 of us in the party.

Parking can be a little tricky if you have multiple cars since the street has permit holder spaces down the entire street and only one permit is provided. Times for non permit parking is mon-sat 9pm-8am. There is parking available woodhouse street, just at the end of the road. There were few things in the house that were broken by previous tenants, like the door handle in the living room and the floor in the kitched, which worries you when you have paid a desposit.

The house was lovely and spacious. Love the decor. Love the way the rooms were themed. Love the moden design mixed with other concepts. Beds were super soft, everything was clean and tidy. The company were very informative and contacted me multiple times to check how things were.

i think there should be an observation of property before a guests arrival as one of our light bulbs were not working and the heating in one room. The customer service team did work hard to sort this out. other than that everything was fine. Not necessarily didn’t like but things that could be included to improve the property include a full length mirror, better lighting especially in room 2 (black room), easier instructions for heating. I would definitely stay again as it is close to the town centre and station.

The property was above our expectations, We really enjoy our stay accept some minor problem, location is very close to a lot of amenities and close to town, visiting families n friends was just down the road. Will be booking again in the future

A couple of light bulbs needed replaced.

The property was beautiful, lovely furniture and beautifully decorated. It was clean and only a half hour drive from Alton Towers which was the reason for our stay.

We only hoped there was another WC, but the description was clear and we knew there was only 1 when we booked. Adding bins to the rooms and WC would be very helpful.

The decorations were amazing, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were so generous.

Unfortunately the parking permits were missing so we had to park a little way away from the property.

We found a kitchen cupboard door broken, the metal wires on the right side, in the oven did not remain in place, which made cooking awkward. The WiFi was intermittent for 4 adults using the internet simultaneously. The area the house is situated in is a little bit run down and a long drive into town. The last tenants went home with the parking permit, but this was resolved within 2 days, and in the meantime we parked the car round the corner. The upstairs bedrooms smelt of tobacco and weed (apparently this is due to the neighbours). There is a small outside area at the back, but the back door key lock was hard to turn.

There were 4, comfortable double beds, a well equipped kitchen and a TV set up with all the apps you could possibly need. There were extra bits, like washing powder and washing up liquid, plus coffee, tea etc and some books - which was a nice touch; plus loads of towels. It’s about a 30 minute drive to Alton Towers. It was very artistically decorated and more than adequate for our needs.

Shower head too heavy for its holder (very high up and kept falling off). It would be nice to have salt & pepper in the kitchen and toilet paper in the bathroom, these cheap essentials would compliment the overall good service offering for minimal cost I feel.

Great location, quiet area & comfortable beds. Provided tea bags, coffee sachets and sugar sachets which is a nice touch.

Kitchen was dirty. Plates and cutlery all needed washing before use. Oven trays were too dirty to use.

The location was awful. It was advertised as being in the city center but it actually was not. There was a leak in the middle of the kitchen floor and the Wi-Fi was almost non existent.
