Great location for Stratford, easy 15 min walk to the centre. The house was very clean and had lots of facilities. Would definitely return if staying in Stratford.

A few cobwebs on ceiling’s understandable though spiders can appear anytime, so not really an issue.

Loved the property and view of the race course. Hosts were also amazing and sent really helpful information regarding activities/places to eat/taxis etc.

Two things - no blackout blinds in the bedrooms meant they were too light in the mornings for a good nights sleep (see this has been mentioned in previous reviews), and the heating was a bit ‘digital’ - very hot when it was on, but the ground floor bedroom was a little cold without heating. Would have definitely have given 10/10 with blackout curtains.

One of the best properties we have stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot both in the UK and Europe. Comfortable and very well equipped, nice little touches everywhere like plenty of loo roll, dishwasher tabs, decent ketchup and olive oil! Lovely views over the racecourse and handy for the town centre. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom was great for my elderly parents.

Not an issue for us, but the deck seating area overlooking the racecourse was through the downstairs bedroom.

Cozy, clean, quiet and with lovely views. Pleasantly decorated and very comfortable. Convenient for walking or driving to town. Has everything you need, including a helpful information pack with clear directions. Host very helpful and we enjoyed restaurant recommendation (for The White Swan). Living accommodation one flight up, which may not work for someone with mobility issues.

We had been let down at a previous property and were in a rush when we arrived at this one. The owner, Mike, could not have been more helpful, making sure we got to our event on time. The property is great and cleverly split over three floors, which provides a lot of privacy for the bedrooms.

The house was comfortable, warm. (January visit!) It was handy for our visit to Stratford for a birthday celebration. Useful parking spaces with the house (we arrived in 3 cars.) Lovely views over race course.

Location was ideal for us; a lovely walk from Stratford town centre and in a quiet spot with great views out of all the back windows. It was the perfect size for 3 old friends wanting to relax together for the weekend and had everything you’d need.

The ground floor bed was a bit hard for my liking but not a dealbreaker

Mike was an exceptional host. He greeted us upon arrival and even offered to take us to the local supermarket to get groceries. Beautiful home which the kids loved. Will visit again for sure.
