The only thing that could be improved is draught excluding around the front door because every time a neighbour opened and closed doors, you can hear them.

The flat was really close to all amenities and easy to find. Everything was supplied, good sized TV with access to all streaming services, all appliances including microwave and washing machine. The sofa bed was very easy to set up and comfortable. The bedding supplied was clean and fresh. The owner even supplied tea towels and toilet paper as well as towels for the shower and every kitchen utensils you could need. The owners were easily contacted by phone. Fantastic little flat.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The apartment was on the ground floor, it was clean and tidy. Ideal for a rew night away. Location is good.

The outside condition of the flat was a bit dingy and the wooden flooring in the flats hall has a piece u can easily trip over,the livingroom window needs a bit of work but everything else was spot on.

The fact the location of the flat was at the bottom of the street made it easier to access town centre ect with everything just a short walk away.

Only two things was window in front living-room get draft sitting on couch watching tv/ reading and floor boards very loose and uneven in some parts

Place was clean bright had fridge, electric cooker, toaster, microwave and kettle and washing machine everything you need for decent stay plus it was in good location specially if you don’t want drive bus stops nearby and was only 5mins walk to ferry terminal and seafront plus there is food shops nearby and pub on corner with does good comfort food.

Great wee flat very central to the main shopping and eating areas in Largs. Walking distance if you would like a glass of wine with your meal. Jason is lovely and approachable re anything you need or possible late check out. If he is able to accommodate. 🤩

The wi-fi kept going off and smoke alarm quite sensitive when using grill/oven.

Mattress not comfortable and also the place could probably do with some more chairs to leave clothes. No hairdryer was provided and arrival information were lost somewhere in the way, although check-in was managed ok in the end, after calling the owner and arranging everything by phone.

Excellent location, walking distance from everything. Also really good for parking, as free on street parking available on the road in the corner before the house. Nice touch that all tv channels accessible via a TV portal. Cleanliness also very good.

The property was not clean at all. The decor was awful and badly needed upgraded and painted. Flooring in the hall sticking up. Property did not feel secure. One flimsy lock on the door.
