Absolutely no complaints about anything ticks all the boxes

The apartment was fantastic. Great position just yards from the beach .Easy access to the apartment which was exceptionally clean . The apartment has everything you could possibly need .Some great pubs in Weymouth. Harbour is lovely especially in the evening when all lit up .

There had been some water damage to the common stairway, which gave an initial apprehensive feeling to what we would find in the apartment. Also the PIR sensors for stairwell lighting were not very responsive,

Location is ideal - opposite the beach - short walk to marina and/or shops - Restaurant below was ideal - if you enjoy fresh seafood as much as we do!!!

The bed was comfortable although slightly short, and as I am 6ft, I found it to be a little on the small side but this was a minor issue.

The location was excellent and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped for everything we needed. The addition of a balcony was fantastic and provided excellent views across Weymouth bay and was perfect for that morning coffee and the evening glass of wine! Check in and check out was easy and the provision of a car permit was invaluable as we managed to park our car directly across from the apartment.

As with all towns, sometimes noisy.

Lovely clean apartment with great location, superb view of the Sea. A great choice of restaurants We were able to park up and leave the car as we were within easy walking distance of harbour, gardens and coastal walks. The town had a variety of chain and independent shops, lovely to stroll round and enjoy lunch at independent pubs or coffee shops. Weymouth had everything we needed with the bonus of returning to the beautiful apartment after a busy day.

I cannot think of anything that the apartment owners could do to improve the holiday. The downsides go along with the resort, Friday and Saturday night revellers - earplugs thoughtfully provided - car parking issues just a maattr of luck as to the spot you get.

A self catering holiday, immediate needs looked after, - tea, coffee, sugar, milk available on arrival- central location - Tesco and M and S food hall on the doorstep, a line of good quality restaurants as neighbours. Parking could be an issue, speed and patience required to grab a space opposite the apartment. The apartment looks out onto the beach, the shopping area is to the rear and the marina circles the shopping area, the flat owner has provided a map and a book of useful information. All in all a great position to enjoy a holiday from for 2 people, 3 at a push.

Parking turned out ok for us after several attempts we got space straight outside but if you spot one get it quickly as goes fast. Was great though that we got there during free hours so could unload and moved later, didn't need to move all week then. TBH not that expensive to pay on app at pavilion considering location and price of apartment.

Only criticism would be the noise, due to the location on the street it can be noisy at the weekends (not too bad during the week) although this didn't bother us. What did bother us, was unfortunately we seemed to have a family of elephants staying above us, who at all hours liked to stomp around there apartment, rearranging their furniture. I do think we were unlucky with this and it wouldn't deter us from staying again, the rest of the apartment made up for this completely.

Stunning Location. View is perfect. Apartment has everything you need, is spacious and clean. Stayed in Weymouth 30+ times and this is up there with the best.

Good apartment in a great location on the promenade, clean, tidy and had good facilities and the parking permit is very useful. Nice having the balcony to sit out and have a drink.

Location - single female staying, felt very safe as amenities all at my doorstep and busy/buzzing when stepping out of the apartment. Sea view balcony was lovely. Beautiful Georgian style windows/doors - sympathetically decorated. After 5.30pm able to bike ride along the esplanade - sunset ride to the fort and Harbour is lovely. Private entrance - very quiet. Parking permit is a bonus.

A little noisy at night but no Biggie really.

Great location,very clean and comfortable ideal for a couple, normally I wouldn't go for a studio apartment but the bed was set back nicely away from the sitting area and worked for us for a short break,kitchen was well equipped and shower was good.balcony was lovely to sit and watch the world go by,only thing with this I would put maybe a little screen or some tall plants to give a little privacy from the adjoining balcony as when your chasing the sun to sit out and make the most of it you kind of end up sat right next to your neighbours.would definitely stay again.

Access to the waste bins was difficult and we ended up disposing our recycling waste in the sea front bins

We had a bit of trouble accessing the keys from the key box. We understood there would be 2 sets of keys, but there was only 1 set. Having said that everything else was perfect.

Nothing - it was perfect! But it would have been good if there were beach towels.

The apartment was absolutely perfect - beautiful, clean, light and well equipped. We adored the balcony with its amazing beach views. The bed was super comfy and the smart TV was a great addition (we were impressed that you could watch from both the sofa and bed). We will be recommending to family and friends!
