The tape on the shower needs to be looked at, it is difficult to turn the temperature down.

I stayed with my teenage children & they absolutely loved it! The house is a great size & location. It was clean and modern with everything we needed. The local Maybush Inn pub was ideal for breakfast too.

The key code had been changed and therefore I contacted the office. Fortunately we arrived within office hours else it may have been a different story. It says King size bed however I would say it was only a double and the singles were also only 3 ft so night time was a bit cramped.

The bungalow was extremely clean . Plenty of hot water on tap. Quiet location. Good Parking . Great TV.

Internet was very poor and phone signal is non existent indoors. Single beds matress as one of the poorest I've ever seen.

Nice modern clean place. Facilities were great and they included everything you would need for short stay. Loved how quiet the area was and lively garden space. Nice lounge area to relax too.

Driving in and out of the property was a little tight.

A lovely property in a prime location to explore Woodbridge, Ipswich and the surrounding area. The property had everything needed to either self cater or eat out with a good pub just down the road.

A great little place in an amazing location for walks locally or to visit beautiful places on the coast. We know the area as we were down visiting family for Christmas. We stayed Monday to Thursday. The place was warm, cosy and clean. It is the middle of winter and we had plenty of warmth in the main room and plenty of hot water. The bedrooms were cooler, but I prefer that, so not an issue. There is one main room a bathroom with large walk in shower and large bath. Both were perfect. You will need your own toiletries but there are three emergency samples to give you chance to get to the supermarket. There is a larger double bedroom and smaller twin room. The double bed was too firm so I slept on one on the little beds. The bedding and towels were lovely and crisp. I always take my own pillow so can't comment on those. There is a mini dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave and normal oven and induction hob. There are a few cleaning products and a small tub with a few tea bags and sugars. I'm used to a hamper with wine, cake etc. There were chocolate ornaments on the tree but we left them as it didn't have a note to say help yourself. The garden did not get the sun, but was private and secure. The previous visitor had not cleaned the garden after their dog, which was a shame. The location is perfect any time of the year, especially the summer, when families can spend the whole day by the river. If you Google ordance survey maps you can see the huge number of easy walks which take you to the local villages where there are pubs or coffee shops. We had dinner at the local pub the Maybush. It's always great. They also serve breakfast, but we didn't get chance to give it a try. We have no complaints about the house and would very happily return.

It would have been helpful to have some storage space in the twin bedroom - even if that is in small bedside cabinets or under-bed drawers. An extra armchair in the living room would also improve comfort for a family of four (there is only a small 3 seater sofa in there at present).

A small but generally well appointed bungalow in fantastic, quiet location less than 0.5 mile walk from the river and a local restaurant/pub. Short drive to lots of good local towns like Woodbridge and attractions such as Jimmy's Farm and Wildlife Park.

The facilities and decor were outstanding and the cleanliness exemplary. Everything one could want was provided, including toiletries and a selection of teas and coffees. There was even a phone charger! Dog “Growler” was very appreciative of the good-sized garden - which would be be a great feature in the warmer weather. I cannot recommend the property highly enough; my husband and I would certainly go there again.
