We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe weather was cold and we found the heating in 1 hour boosts a little frustrating. It would be nice if there was a pre-set warm up in the morning and evening.
Easy to find with great parking, and large rooms throughout. Well equipped and in good condition. The bedrooms are all of a good size and the emperor bed in the main room was very comfortable. Location was exactly what we needed. We will be back :-)

United KingdomThe neighbours added an element of stress to my wedding morning - we had hair and make up come to the house in the morning and we were all gone by 9am but still had them complain about us parking on the road (not blocking anyone or anyone’s drive!) we were also told we weren’t allowed outside past 9.30pm or the neighbours may call the police. Not the owners fault and we were warned but it made for a tense atmosphere and could potentially put us off staying again.
Lovely and spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We came as a group of 8 and it was a great amount of space for us all 👏 lovely touch of wine and a welcome message for our wedding the next day was so sweet too.

United KingdomThere was nothing we didn’t like, the only feedback we had was given direct to Daran who was very receptive.
Perfect location for what we needed. It suited all our needs as two families, allowed us to relax and enjoy the day at Thomas Land with small children who didn’t have to travel. Daran was extremely helpful and flexible, always available if we needed anything and explained everything, regardless of how many times I asked 🙈
