We would suggest the entrance to the parking bay is approached from the seafront coming up the road as apposed to going down the road, especially when the roads are wet, this was a 'little challenging' owing to what appears to be permanently 'stored and covered' van/vehicle partially blocking the entrance. Road closures at both ends of Ventnor (at the time of our visit) made navigating to approach from the seafront tricky.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, all amenities we required were provided within the property, and location provided all of our needs in close proximity. We hope to return to stay at the property when we visit family close by again in future.

Lack of blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms meant it was very bright in the morning and no curtains or blinds on the main living room windows felt a bit odd. There was also very limited storage, even for two, so four would really struggle. Ventnor is very limited for eating out.

The location is perfect, with a really great sea view and balcony. The living room is very well furnished.

We had 2 cars - parking for one of them was a bit of an issue. The TV signal was a bit weak/we had trouble operating the devices!

Located very near to the beach and amenities on the Esplanade. Others shops and restaurants were a 5 minute walk away. Property itself was excellent, spotlessly clean, fully equipped, warm and cosy. Even though it was January the stay was very pleasant. Would like to stay again during the summer months. A perfect base to have while touring the rest of the island.

Lovely place with a stunning sea view! Great place to rest and enjoy the view on a balcony over a cup of coffee or a glass of champagne. Very quite neighborhood with all amenities in close proximity. The flat itself is quite modern with a touch of coziness. Would love to come back again!

Contrary to other reviews, the flat was not clean. The bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The fridge hadn't been cleaned in ages; the ice box was frozen up and packed with partial bags of old food. The dishwasher was smelly and mouldy, and the glasses and plates had visible food and fruit particles stuck to them. The shower area in the bathroom had not been cleaned properly for a while either. The soap tray was covered in scum; the walls had spots of black mould and yellow stains over them; the shower head and part of the hose were grimy, and the shower door was just nasty. One of the towels was stained. We contacted the manager who apologized and said that he would investigate. It was a real shame as the flat was lovely, but you don't go on holiday and expect to have to deep clean!

The location of this flat is wonderful! You wake up to the sound of the sea every morning, and you can breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view. A handy set of stone steps opposite the flat takes you down to the beach. The flat is light and airy - very pleasant. Although we didn't use them, there are plenty of books and games provided, and also a TV (possibly with a DVD player) to use if the weather is inclement.

Fabulous location, sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Beautifully furnished, comfy bed, rainforest shower. Even arrived to a bottle of Chardonnay. Parking is a real plus. So close to the beach, and Met Bar and Spy Glass Inn
