Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rental arrangements were clear and business-like. The house was well-furnished and equipped. The property host had provided detailed information about the house - how to use kitchen appliances etc. - and there was information on the town and local area.

United KingdomWould have been nice to have a gas or electric fire as a focal point in the sitting room fireplace, but not really a problem as the central heating is very good, and all areas in the house were warm and cosy considering the time of year (December).
All as described, and great location for visiting the town centre. Just 25 minutes walk to the theatre and other amenities, and we were able to park on the street directly outside the front door. Spacious kitchen/diner and a comfortable sitting room. Was also nice to have milk, tea, coffee etc in the kitchen, and be able to settle down with hot drinks as soon as we arrived after a long journey. Would definitely recommend, and will be back again if our daughter is working in Shrewsbury again next year!

United KingdomKey safe was a bit difficult to use. Boiler sounded as though there was an air lock, and was quite noisy. A washing-up bowl would have been useful, even though there was a dishwasher.
Very convenient for Shrewsbury town centre. House in very good order & in a respectable area Milk, tea/coffee and biscuits provided on arrival !

Wonderful location. Very well presented property with functional and modern equipment throughout. Clean and well decorated throughout. I had an unexpected issue prior to arrival that Kerry helped me out with and I am very greatly for her understanding and assistance. Having milk and biscuits on arrival was lovely. Having the heating on ready for our arrival was also very lovely.

United KingdomJust a 2 seater setee and an armchair in the lounge for 4 of us. So, we slightly changed lounge layout. By pushing the sofa back against wall we made room for another armchair. We had a campchair in the car. All 4 of us are all over 60 and darent use the little beanbag chair, for fear of never getting up again! Coat hooks would be handy downstairs.
Very clean, great location in a quiet and pretty victorian street. Cosy house with lovely kitchen. Everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen and plenty of room to sit and eat. Huge main bedroom and fabulous shower! Upstairs bedroom comfy too. Instructions clear and simple in the house.

The house was beautifully appointed in a very quiet, residential area with an AMAZING PUB 5 minutes walk away. The Prince of Wales. Kerry was at the end of a phone. She was very helpful. We loved it and highly recommend ROSE COTTAGE. We were able to walk to the train station to visit nearby Ludlow.

Great little place, was very clean ,comfortable and had what we needed for our week stay . Location was perfect , Shrewsbury Centre is a nice easy walk ,and you get to see areas you may miss if you just catch the bus (no.21 bus opp Cineworld) . Asda a few mins walk away and also Nando's across the road. All was perfect and we would highly recommend booking Rose Cottage .

Although outside the centre, its not far to walk and its in a nice residential area. The house was sparkling clean. We had everything we needed and they left a pint of milk for us, along with coffee, tea bags and sugar. The extra downstairs toilet was useful. The bathroom on the first floor is lovely. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

United KingdomKerry our host was easy to contact and extremely helpful. Great little house perfect for us as we had travelled to Shrewsbury for the Rowing Regatta as a family of 4. Everything you need at hand in the house, comfy beds great bathroom. Perfect for a weekend getaway as a family. Highly recommended. Shrewsbury was also lovely lots to do, great places to eat out and lots of independent shops too.
