To much building rubbish left around, many planks of wood with nails sticking out of them was the main one. The site could do with a good clean up, it would be perfect then

Very quiet and in a very good location for walks on the beach

Water pressure in kitchen very low (no issues with shower). Could do with some modernisation but it is exactly as the pictures show so we were aware of this when we booked. It was comfortable and clean which is exactly what we wanted when we booked as we spend very little time in the caravan.

Perfect location for us. Short walk to the beach and peaceful. Carvan was clean and well maintained. Very spacious, perfect for us as a family of 4.

The caravan was bit old & the lights where too dim or not that bright especially in the night to use in kitchen area. The water was always hot in kitchen tap so had to go to bathroom to get some cold water to cook something

Even though it was old caravan it was neat enough & spacious too

Van was clean enough. Big tub of fags end sat at edge of decking could have been tidied. No hot water- did inform site but got a vague response of "yes some of them dont reset correctly".... whatever that was supposed to mean.... just went without hot water for the weekend. Wasnt a big deal to us but can see it ruining some peoples holiday.

Location of the site is perfect. Minutes walk from the beach and argyl forrest walks.

They're was a couple of quick fixes that could of been done. The candle on the decking was used up. Maybe remove it if not replacing. A couple of bulbs to replace. And somekind of leak in the main bathroom.

It was not the newest home but i knew that from the beginning. It was clean and homely. We had all the pots and pans. I was happy to find washing up liquid and sponges. And kitchen towels. Salt n pepper. All these little things make a difference.

Certain areas of the site more like a building site. Slip and trip hazards. The binned /rubbish area could do with being more organised and tidy. In an age and society of recycling this facility was lacking nonexistent

Decking area safe and secure. Picnic and BBQ an added bonus. Location for beach and woodland walks excellent

The property itself was absolutely fine, a bit dated but then you see that from the pictures.

Location was great, caravan was really clean and was a great size for the 4 of us. Both the walled garden and the pebble/stoney beach were within walking distance which was great for the kids who enjoyed adventuring in the wooded area. The walled garden was fantastic too we took a picnic and the kids played for hours. You do have to be fully prepared food wise before you go as there wasn’t an on-site shop or anything that I could see for milk etc.

On arrival it wasn't very clear where to check in, could do with clearer signage. There were no lights in the park at night, a few lights would make it easier for mobility when dark. Also, the pictures of our caravan were different to the caravan we were given, correct number just wrong pictures. Was still a nice caravan though!

Caravan was very comfortable, clean and tidy with all the basic essentials. Lovely location with great access to the beach.

The only downside is being very far away from a local shop (but this can also be a plus if you're looking to escape life)

The caravan park is on the most beautiful and idyllic location. Me and the dog loved wandering the beach, woodlands and hills. Hazel took care of us very well and the caravan was clean and well equipped with everything I needed. (I do believe we were put in a newer, better decorated model than this one)

The caravan we stayed in (did match the pictures) should really be retired. It is generally functioning but looks tired and old. It's clearly been used well, with carpets that look worn and not the cleanest. The worst part was that as soon as we arrived, one of us stepped into the ensuite to use it and the foot sank right into soggy carpeting. We immediately asked if we could be moved to another caravan as there was a leak. The owner said that there had been a stain and that they had scrubbed it and that the carpet would dry off. We kept the heating on and it did seem to dry by the next morning. However, by the evening of the second day, the patch of wet had reappeared and the carpet was soaking again. The wetness was all around the bottom of the toilet, even though we were not using it or the washbasin. This suggested that the leak was actually coming from the toilet. We could use only one bathroom in the caravan between the four of us throughout our stay. It would have been helpful if the owner had admitted that there was a leak and moved us elsewhere to another caravan on the first night we arrived. From Day 2, the boiler kept going off. So no hot water in the taps on a rather cold weekend. The owners were helpful in coming to light up the boiler, so that was very helpful. Except that the boiler conked off repeatedly on Day 2 and 3, every couple of hours. They did make another empty caravan nearby available for showers. While this was helpful, it was not ideal to hop from one caravan to another with children for showers and washups in the pouring rain (it literally poured each evening late into the night). It really would have been much simpler and professional to have moved all of us to another caravan, given that it was not high season and there were several empty caravans in the park. The only shaver socket in the caravan didn't work so razors and electric toothbrushes could not be recharged.

The caravan park is located in a beautiful area of Argyll. The scenery, even covered in mist, cloud and rain was really beautiful. It was close to the loch and there were several walks nearby. This was the best part of the holiday.

The site was very small and under massive construction so the whole site was a building site, but no where on the site or advert did it state this!!! It was noisy due to diggers and trees been cut down!! My car got damaged due to massive lips on track and huge pot holes, my kids couldn't go out of van as too dangerous!!! My 1st time away just me and my 2 kids, we were so excited to go and what a total shock and disappointment😞 shower didn't fit in holder on wall kept falling off, kitchen floor sticky, sofas so uncomfortable, does not state that there is literally nothing to do for about 30 miles!! Tea and sugar tins but 1 tea bag and stuck together old sugar on arrival, fire or boiler weren't lit they did sort it quick though. Keys didn't work to lock van just very poor it's the little touches that make it good they were no existant, I'm gutted as it cost me all my spare money for 2 days of hell basically, if it had said on site about the works I'd not of booked!!!!

Van was a good size, some lovely scenaries
