Such a lovely location! The staff were incredibly lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was also top notch (they bake their own bread in house!). Check out the pizza place below, was a great meal!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about our stay!

Perfect location right on the High St, on site parking, spacious room with a very large and comfortable bed in the coach house, where we stayed. Good choices for breakfast and excellent quality of food. It’s clear that supporting local producers is very important to the owners, which is fantastic. All staff we met were wonderful! Would definitely stay again at Top Joe's if visiting Narberth.

The room and bathroom were really nice the bed was so comfortable it was lovely and clean with plenty if tea and coffee facilities the breakfast was great the staff were exceptionally nice nothing was to much trouble fir them the location was perfect I will definitely be coming back thank you top joes fir a perfect brake

The bed was dreadful. Slats underneath kept falling out. Mattress seen better days.

Slightly noisy when guests next door were in and out slamming doors. The kettle in the room does not switch itself off when boiled so be careful, I put it on whilst I had a shower and could have caused a fire.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Narberth. The hosts were warm and friendly and very helpful, as were all the staff we encountered. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was really nothing not to like about Joe's.

Breakfast was superb - 10/10. We felt it was the best hotel / B&B breakfast we've had. Love the little map that shows you where each item on the plate is from.

Central location to the Main Street. Breakfast was made to order for hot food and help yourself for the rest. Barista coffee available. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were attentive and friendly. Pizza restaurant on site which we found the pizza to be fresh and tasty. Ample onsite parking.

Can’t say that there was anything we didn’t like and we’ll return.

It was not like any other hotel. The furnishings were different and actually interesting with appropriate comfort. All the staff with whom we came into contact were lovely and friendly aswell as efficient.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, nicely decorated and warm room and a lovely breakfast. Having read some other reviews about night time access I was pleased to find out that there is 24 hour access to the building via a secure residents side entrance. The townhouse was in an ideal location with ample parking. Breakfast the following morning provided both continental and cooked options and the coffee was lovely. Overall we were very satisfied.

Toilet paper didn't flush very well, staff were notified and we think it improved a bit but still wasn't flushing well.
