The meter for electric and gas eats pound coins faster than Desperate Dan eats cow pies. We were only in for an hour in the morning and about 4 hours in the evening. Ensured facilities turned off as much as possible.3 nights about £17. I reckon about a pound an hour. To be fair we were told that it was extra payment for bedding and towels and that the meter needed paying before booking.

Ideal location for wedding at nearby Boathouse. Better than a hotel room as we could make our own breakfast and more space.

Clean, tidy chalet which provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Loved that the owner provided milk, tea, sugar, coffee so you could have a hot drink on arrival.

I'm familiar with this area and I know all amenities are on hand within walking distance including the beach. Its perfect for a beach break with dogs, the apartments are all hard floors and easy to look after. No worrying about carpets etc.

Clean and nice chalet, within walking distance to the 🏖. Easy drive to Norwich and Great yourmoth. Confortable beds and well equipped accommodation. Very quiet and affordable.

For the price we paid i didn't find anything i didnt like

The chalet had every thing you need parking was very good a few metres away from the door outside space to sit nice and clean and a bath and shower you do need to pay for heating the chalet add about £15 /£20 in the cold months but was nice and clean and loved the free wifi and tea coffee milk waiting for us would stop again

That fact I paid for bedding towels ,only got one hand towel ,only quilts no sheets or covers

The chalet itself was lovely clean cozy,the beds were comfy, although we paid an extra,£15 for bedding ,but when arrive there was just quilts no covers or sheets,we then had to go to Caister tesco & buy some costing us almost £60,there was only £1 on the electric there should of been 4 so I had top that straight away,there was WiFi but I couldn't get connected,I tried all different ways,only to be told to put a 0 in lol,the window in the big bedroom didn't shut properly stayed on the catch so I had to fill with kitchen roll as I was freezing, but it was clean although the settee has bit of a smell I had to spray it air freshener

There were thoughtful touches that we discovered on our stay such as outside games for the children to play with, dog bowl and blanket for any pets, leaflets with information of local places, and tea/coffee and milk for when we first arrived.

Was quite happy with what we had.

It was nice and quiet area where we was staying, the chalet was nice and roomy there was 3 of us adults staying there and we had plenty of space to move around. Ian and i both said you could quite easily live all summer in one of those chalets. Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen and storage in the bedrooms. We would certainly stay at Sundowner again..
