Perfect Location for sightseeing ( Albert Docks , the Beatles museum , Mersey ferry terminal and many museums) next to big shopping center , the coach station and train station . The room was excellent and having a massage bath was a treat . Big room with 2 huge windows and 2 huge double beds . The building been the old Titanic offices is full of character and history . The roof top bar / breakfast area offer fantastic views of the docks something not be missed

The jets in our jacuzzi weren't working no matter what we did. I reported it to reception, who sent maintenance up while we were out, but I couldn't be fixed. They did offer to swap rooms but it was 11pm by this point. The kettle was also rusty inside so it put me off using it

The room was on the small side compared to other cheaper rooms I've stayed in at this hotel, plus the shower gel was half used by the previous guest and not replaced

Whole building a bit tired so good it's being refurbished. Poor that it advertises a roof bar that's open every day but actually isnt. Really cheeky that they take a £50 deposit for the room and then say it can take up to a week to refund. If it comes off my card in seconds it can go back on the same way.

Travel cot and bags of rubbish left in the corridor from arrival to departure. Air con not working in the room, missing fittings on the sink, missing vent cover in the whirlpool bath exposing moldy pipework & missing bulbs in the lights.

The room set up. We booked for 6 people. There was 2 double beds then 2 beds in the bottom of a sofa. Would of preferred a room with 3 double beds.

Finishing touches, grouting in the bathroom was untidy and both sink taps didn't turn off properly.

Granted we arrived early we went for food and came back for 3pm to be left waiting till 20 to 4 before our room was ready! Myself and a friend with me are nothing disabled and found it hard sitting around waiting! The lack of air con in the rooms too them rooms are so hot and stuffy, although the staff were brilliant and gave us both a fan each for the 1 room!

Unfortunately, I paid extra for a spa bath but the plug wasn't in the room when I came to use it. Whilst I am confident the hotel would have provided a plug on request due to the timing I simply didn't have an opportunity to request a plug. There was also black mold on the bathroom ceiling and one of the two sofas in the room were damaged.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was beautiful.

When looking a little closer, there was a few marks on the wall and somewhere a drink had been spilled which with a good thorough clean wouldn't be noticeable. The light fitting was very dusty too. These thing did not deter us though but I can see how nit picky picky soms people may be fussy about it .

The style and aesthetics of the hotel and the history. The room was lovely decorated. The staff were very welcoming and chatty.

We had a leak in the bathroom around the sink and toilet, we did tell reception and when we got back it had been dealt with. The room was cold when we got in, couldn’t get air con/ heater to work. Reception had no spare blankets but they did bring a heater to the room quickly. The kettle was in the wardrobe and a tiny table to put it on to make a cuppa in the morning. On the plus side the room was really big.

The property served its purpose, needs freshening up, looking tired.

Hotel needs an update. The room looked tired and needed decorating. Spa bath jets didn’t work Mattress and pillows very thin - not the comfiest night sleep.
