The en-suite in the large bedroom could use a little TLC but fit for purpose

Huge lounge from which you can see the sea! Plenty of space. Kitchen really well equipped. And Stewart was super helpful and fast to respond. Venny, the housekeeper, likewise. Thanks to both of you.

Some suggestions for add-on: Consider to add a kind of protective coating on the sofa in the sitting room. Lids for cups, peeler, floor mat/ towels for the toilet floors, hooks on the toilet doors for hanging clothes.

Great location with a supermarket and a Chinese buffet restaurant in 1 min walking distance though we didn’t dine there. All sorts of restaurants and shops in 5-10 mins walking distance also. Eastbourne Pier is just the opposite side of the road. The apartment got everything you needed for a home life. Sophisticated kitchen with full set of cutlery and utensils and even basic condiments. Clean and cosy apartment, heat alarm in good condition as I accidentally hang up a jacket too close to one of the radiators which triggered it. Clear instructions from the housekeeper Venny for the washer-dryer (instruction booklets for all appliances are in the cupboard though) and the use of parking permit. It’s a thoughtful arrangement for giving us the resident-visitor parking permit but getting a parking slot nearby is an issue at the weekend but it seems unavoidable. N.B. We love the gorgeous Eastbourne scenery photos in the apartment!

The damp problem was quite potent in the wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom. The washer dryer doesn't seem to dry clothes very well.

Loved everything thing the stay was just what the doctor ordered. Would definitely book again thos was my 2nd visit and already planning the 3rd

There was blood on one of the quilts under the cover and some on the mattress liner.

Location was great for the tennis, dining and beach. Good to have on road parking for £2 a day.

Stuart, the owner of this property, was just so accommodating and helpful. He even insisted on dropping us to the station at the end of our stay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Loads of room for three adult couples. Plenty of hot water and two great showers. This apartment really exceeded our expectations. Great location right beside the pier. I highly recommend it.

The windows could do with being cleaned! For more than 4 people, adding another armchair would make the lounge more comfortable.

Excellent location with a partial view of the sea and pier. Good sized rooms. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and utensils. two bathrooms was handy for 5 of us. Supermarket two minutes away. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

Easy access. Parking permit to help with parking. Warm flat. Comfortable living and bedrooms. Very clean. Location was just what we wanted close to pier and beach and restaurants. Host also left a welcome bottle of bubbles which is always very lovely. Thank you! We cooked one night in the kitchen and there was everything we needed.

I did not like having to park 10 minutes away and worrying to move our car in the late evening so we dont get a parking fine in the morning. There should be permits for those staying at the property.

Lovely comfortable and spacious house .i liked the fact there were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great that there was a cot and highchair but that was not well included in the list of amenities.Also being so close to the seafront was an extra delight.. we enjoyed the view from the lounge.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Stewart and Venny. Such wonderful people especially considering the circumstances whereby my father had to be rushed to hospital. Not a criticism at all but the property cannot be classified sea view in true sense as sea is only partially visible from the living room window. Otherwise the property was exactly as was advertised.

Excellent location and immaculately clean house with all the various amenities provided. We had a very comfortable stay. The host and the housekeeper were both very friendly and helpful - especially with the parking as it can be very tough to find a place at times.

parking a bit fiddly as you can only stay on the road for 2 hrs max (free 6pm-8am) and whilst lots of free parking on other roads, not always easy to find a spot. hotel across the road you could park but charges a fixed rate. double room downstairs is a bit pokey.

Really fab location literally right by pier and near shops & restaurants. lovely big sitting room with soft thick carpet so good for small kids. owner & cleaner on hand to assist if help needed. kitchen well equipped and easy to work out. spacious rooms upstairs. small extra area downstairs you could turn into a 4th bedroom for a kid - our toddler slept there. cleaning equipment provided. chilled fizz on arrival was a thoughtful touch. decent desk in one of the bedrooms upstairs. comfy beds and fresh linen.
