Excellent location to explore the town. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept great.

Old fashioned building .. but was in the old town and traditional structure, so fully expected. Slight hassle having to park and unload car in High Street then move it to car park, but worked out well and easy. Steps up to property are quite long and steep .. but that's what every property in the old town is like (Lots of character !)

Handy location in old town with really great views. Very well equipped apartment, kitchen had everything and more than required. Lounge and bedroom TVs. Wi Fi, Google assistant, loads of plug and USB sockets Shops, restaurants, bars, beach, promenade, railway and mountains etc all very convenient short walk away Owner left box of Chocolates, coffee, sugar and biscuits and put Milk in fridge for our arrival

The location was excellent with spectacular views. The flat was very clean and the bed incredibly comfy. We highly recommend this venue. Great you don’t need to drive again once you are there as the town is literally just below the property.

An absolutely perfect stay here. Scrupulously clean, very comfortable bed and sofa, (perfect for me with my dodgy back!), everything you could possibly need for your stay. Kind extras, (tea, coffee, chocolates, biscuits). I would definitely like to stay here again, and plan to. Thank you so much to the hosts for sharing such a lovely little place, and especially for allowing those of us with canine companions to bring them! Barmouth is an old favourite of mine, the scenery never disappoints and it's such a friendly and accommodating place. Lots of great places to eat, lovely shops. Blessed with fantastic weather on this occasion too!

Not sure if the recliner sofas were the double futon, the middle of the sofa didn’t recline like the rest of the sofa did but wasn’t an issue for my stay 👍🏼

It was a very clean place and had majority of utilities generally needed for comfortable living. Two sea views in separate private areas for the tenant to enjoy. Overall a nice place to stay:)

Great location and views. Accommodation was lovely and clean. Lovely place to stay for the weekend and so close to the town centre. Hosts were very helpful and good communication with check in details and info for the local area. Would definitely stay again if visiting Barmouth.

Nothing really, the stairs up to the property are a bit tricky in the wet if you have arthritis in both knees like me but you wouldn’t have the fantastic views without them!

The Double bedroom is a bit tight with not much room around the bed, but not a deal breaker

The Views from the Living Room and seating areas outside was lovely, although the weather wasn't too good when we stayed, .the views were still nice, would love to stay here in the summer time. The place was tidy and cosy with everything you need.

The climb up to the house is a bit of a killer. However it is located so centrally.

Cosy cottage with good wifi and smart devices. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Is part of cottages set on the mountain/ hill behind the village. Picturesque and gorgeous views.

Very central location in Barmouth - just 10 mins walk from the station. The host was very kind and helpful; he called me beforehand as the oven was broken and put in an air fryer and gave us some compensation for the inconvenience.
