I’d say the ring doorbell wasn’t necessary (as you’re constantly being filmed) but it wasn’t a problem.

Very clean modern caravan. Has all the cooking facilities you need. Plenty of plates, cups, glass etc. Free Wi-Fi. Two toilets and a great shower that has plenty of pressure. The double bed was very comfortable and central heating throughout. If you’re taking a dog there is a sea wall just behind the caravan where you can take a short walk. Walton itself is a mixed bag. Some parts are quite dated but the beaches and cleanliness of the sea is amazing. Dogs are welcome on the beaches south of the pier all year round. The Victory is a very nice pub that is dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

I hadn’t had time to go through the list of what was in the caravan & I found that there was no hair dryer! Hence my hair was a mess all weekend x

Stepping stones to avoid the boggy mud outside.

Great quiet location and lovely spacious caravan. Feels safe and homely. Wasnt fun sleeping next to an unmade bed so something to consider for future in the twin rooms but the bed I was in was made and the washing smelt lovely. Supplies cleaning products which is handy and has a ring doorbell.

take wellies if it’s going to be raining, as no path to caravan, it gets very muddy. don’t rely on oven to cook dinner. stove and grill work great. use those.

lovely caravan, lots of social space. very clean, comfortable and all the facilities as promised. location is great. very close to beach. short walk to pier, cafes and shops. owner was really helpful with all questions.

I couldn't believe the amount of space the caravan had. The extra toilet was helpful.. the pictures on this platform don't do it justice.. Loved the park facilities, local corner shop, bar and restaurant was great too.. Definitely will come back as it's a great affordable get away from London to seaside.. just fill the car up with your food and drink and Rock up..

unfortunately, there is no paths from the road and car parks to the caravan like the other caravans around the site. it had been raining a lot and the grass was so sodden and puddles and muddy everywhere if it was very hard to keep the caravan clean with the dogs because it was so muddy. single beds are very narrow and not very long so can be a little uncomfortable if you are tall and a bigger person but was fine for us.

very clean and tidy. bright and plenty of space for 6 adults and the two dogs. good location. only a short walk from the beach. comfy beds and sofa was comfy and plenty big enough for all us adults.

Needed somewhere for a family party near by, was brilliant - hosts really helpful, clean & warm caravan. Kids are demanding we go back when it's fully open in the summer

The only thing we disliked was there is no concrete path to the caravan which meant we had to walk on the very wet and muddy grass to get to the car. Carrying a suitcase because it could not be pulled along would of been a big problem for some people. Having a path put to all of the caravans on site would stop them getting muddy as you go in.

We liked the caravans quiet area and within walking distance of everything needed. The pool area and facilities looked nice however it was out of season for those. The caravan was very clean with plenty of room. The beds very comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The full size fridge freezer was a great idea. The heating was not turned on so it was chilly until we got the heat turned up then it was very cosy. there were enough things in the kitchen for cooking and plenty of cutlery, plates etc.
