Lovely, well furnished bungalow. Clean and cosy, nice woodburners and home made cake on arrival was a nice touch. Weather was bad when we went, but lovely views and nice area to sit outside in better weather.

I spent 3 days looking for something to moan about, and couldn't find anything ha-ha.

Awesome place to stay, with everything you need and more in the kitchen, even a slow cooker, if you want to go for a walk and come back to a meal. The property was so much bigger than we expected, the images simply don't do the bungalow the justice it deserves, plenty of room for 6 adults. Christmas decorations up was a surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. Nice and close to the village, within a 5-10 walk.

The location was stunning! The bungalow was amazing - super clean, more beautiful in person, super cosy and the log fire was lush! The owners were great checking everything was okay and such a lovely touch with the homemade bara brith. Thank you for such a lovely stay and we can’t wait to stay again in the future!

We liked everything.

Perfect getaway for stressed city dwellers. The house stood on a hill overlooking the fields of buttercups. Newborn lambs frolicked in the morning sunrises.

It was perfect for our needs

A really nice property in an attractive location. The house sits on top of a small hill some distance away from the nearest buildings. The property is well laid-out and very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean with freshly made beds, towels, soaps etc. The dining area of the kitchen is particularly pleasant with lovely morning sunshine and the superb view to the east. The owner provided a welcoming Bara brith. Communication with the owner, which started a few days before we arrived by booking.com email (including detailed how-to find information) and then text messaging, was excellent. Thank you.

I could not think of anything that was missing.

Very nice location with great view over farmland and hills. House is very clean and everything is spotless. House is about 4 miles from Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall and about 20 miles from Bala. Snowdonia is also not far away. Definitely recommend this house as a gateway to Wales.
