It was a clean space overall but I would have appreciated more cleanliness in the kitchenette. It would be nice to have a smaller bed lamp for a softer light at night. But that’s just extra thing that wouldn’t affect my positive opinions about my stay

Hosts extremely kind, helpful, readily available. Facilities and wifi worked optimally. Hot water works. Location is not central but the bus stop is just around the corner and frequent. Tranquil and quiet neighbourhood. Additional heater provided. Clean overall

I would have liked the curtains to have been more fitted - it felt like people could see inside. The shower curtain could also do with being a tiny bit longer. Perhaps washing up liquid and a tea towel to use as well?

This is a well located property with most things you need for a short stay. The Wifi connection is excellent and the shower was much better than I anticipated.

It could be improved a lot with a few basic extras e.g. a couple of mugs, plates and cutlery would have made the kitchenette facilities more useful, and bigger towels for the bathroom. Bed would be improved with a new mattress or topper and another blanket - it can get a bit draughty and cold when it's windy. Some thick curtains would have been good as the horizontal blinds let a lot of light in.

Good value for a short stay. Easy to get into town on the bus and not far from Tesco Express. Good use of a small space with double bed, basic kitchen area and bathroom. The host communicated well and was happy to help.

Recomended a tv and curtains in the windows.

The location was lovely. The room seize was decent and much better than many hotels plus they had a microwave kettel and fridge. They were nice people, it was very clean when I arrived. Nothing to complaint but a tv in front of the bed on the wood support would be nice and curtain in the windows would help when you want to sleep till late.

1. To noisy. The family living next door and 2. A strange continuous noise all night. 3. Miles from City centre so had to catch a bus.

The mattress was metal springs covered with thin material & no topper, extremely painful. No curtains, compromising privacy but also too bright to sleep with a street light directly outside & daylight from 5.30. We could not stay for the 3 nights booked but had to leave after a first sleepless & uncomfortable night! The door only opened halfway which made it very difficult to get in especially with a suitcase, fire safety comprised.

There was nothing to recommend this property.

I know it was a small place but there was nowhere to put your clothes not even a small wardrobe no chest of drawers and no chairs to sit on the mattress on the bed was just like sleeping on springs and very uncomfortable especially when staying for two nights

Nice location easy to get a bus to the city centre and a pub within walking distance which did very nice food

It’s a cozy little room near the city centre of Cambridge! The room has all you need for a good stay in Cambridge. Also the host is very helpful and helps you with whatever questions you may have! Would recommend!
