The only real issue we had was that the en suite shower was very tricky to get the right temperature, often switching between very hot and very cold.

It is a steep walk up and down to get to the apartment when walking a round Ilfracombe. Aside from that, it was very nice.

Interesting location, a very steep hill to drive and walk up and down to. I really enjoyed the apartment, it was very clean, tidy, well decorated and designed, and had enough utilities to use, such as cooking and cleaning stuff.

The accommodation was delightful, with all amenities and a really tasteful decor giving clean and pleasant comfort and room with great views over beach and sea. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped.We really enjoyed our stay and as a aside, could run 2 WFH work stations off the wifi.

The views are great. The flat is tastefully decorated and large enough for 6 adults. It is very well located for coastal walks or the beach/harbour, there is one parking space and we found a street where we could park our second car behind lidl. The kitchen is well stocked up with utensils

We liked it all, but would make it even better is a little bit more attention for detail in the bathrooms when cleaning (black mildew/mould in the nooks and crannies) and may need brand new toilet bushes. Apart from this, it was a dream and we loved it. We will definitely come back.

This pretty apartment was cosy, stylish, roomy, warm and it had great kitchen facilities. It was also in a great location, not far from the centre or the harbour. Once we parked up, we did not have to use the car again. The views were stunning and even when the weather was a bit wet or drab outside, it did not matter as the views made up for it.

Central location in walking distance to local attractions and shops. Easy access by road to local villages and towns. Dedicated parking space. Clean and well equipped flat with comfy beds and warm bedding. Lovely views and when you have the windows or doors open you can hear the waves and it is very relaxing.

We didn't like having to leave. Would've stayed longer if possible.

The apartment was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. It had absolutely everything you could possibly want from towels, iron and ironing board to beach toys, games and books. The owner was amazing and we could contact her with any questions we had. The views were fantastic and the apartment was located in the heart of Ilfracombe with a perfectly located parking bay. You could stay there and not even need to drive as everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area.

Literally the only criticism is that there weren't enough sockets in the bedrooms. Another extension lead would be useful!

We had no issues at all. Just be ready for the steep road leading up to the villa and the seagulls making their presence known very early 😂

Communication with Fiona was quick and easy. There was tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us when we arrived. It was so easy to find the parking spot even in the dark and rain! It was a really good base while we attended a wedding. The apartment was spacious, clean and has AMAZING views!

The views were amazing, the location is very central to everything. The apartment was lovely clean and well maintained.

The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. The little touches like the welcome pack tea, coffee and chocolates was greatly appreciated. The information pack contained everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend.
