Only one, there is no soap dish in the ensuite. I know it sounds petty but if you go to the trouble of putting hand rails in there it would be nice not to have to pick your soap up from the shower floor.

The hot water in the showers / bathrooms takes a while to come through.

It has everything we need, the location is great with access to the estuary and the town centre. Instructions are clear and it is very simple to arrive, access and enjoy your time in Woodbridge / surrounding areas. The booking team are very responsive should there be an issue or question. Cleaning of the apartment was disappointing, although it was evident it had had some cleaning all surfaces were very smeary and needed cleaning again. This was an expensive apartment and the overall cleanliness really let it down. We stripped the bed as requested only to find a very stained mattress protector. The apartment also had extremely poor water pressure, with two bathrooms it was impossible for two people to shower at the same time. Also kitchen crockery was chipped and needed replacing with limited cutlery (only 3 teaspoons). Such a shame as the property itself was stunning .

Lovely apartment block with good location to Woodbridge town. Apartment was warm, spacious and very comfortable. Having parking on site was an advantage.

The only problem was that there was no hot water when I arrived. I eventually figured out that the boiler had been switched off, despite there being a notice which said, 'Do not switch off'. So perhaps a word with the cleaners.

check in time of 5 pm and check out time of 10 am £25 surcharge for late check out .. a bit cheeky given the check in/out times! the main door to the block’s lock was broken, so the access code didn’t work.

Pine furniture surfaces were dusty and cutlery could have been cleaner and apartment windows needed cleaning, apart from that we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, secure parking was a bonus.

Unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived, but the local agent brought fresh linen straight away. We did the cleaning ourselves. The local agent offered us a refund for the cleaning charge.

Property is managed by a third party and new to booking.com. Check-in is 5pm! I requested to bring forwards and received an email asking to check again closer to the stay, fine. They repeatedly emailed me the same email every day. Then they emailed to say it was ok. Then they continued to email me daily to check again nearer my stay. A few days later they offered me early check-in for a fee. When I arrived I called them as I couldn't find keysafe code (my issue), they said I was early and didn't believe me that they'd emailed me, oh and charged me a fee at the same time 😂 In sure they mean well, but someone needs to get a grip of the admin 👍 Apartment itself was lovely, no issue whatsoever.

The apartment was excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. Convenient location.

We reported a lack of water pressure and heat to the showers and this wasn't resolved whilst we were there. Shampoo and milk would have been nice. Location and parking good but close to a noisy railway level crossing.

Very well furnished stylish apartment with plenty of space. Welcome bag of local beers, wine and crisps much appreciated.
