Linen and towels were old and had stains. Laundered, but not hygienic. 2nd floor with no elevators. Take note no hair dryers.

Everything fine- just couple of minor gripes; TV didn't turn on, we tried not really an issue as were only there for the night. Also the twin bedroom had thin silver blinds so let day light in the early morning, (maybe thicker curtains to block the light would be better). On the whole though, very pleased with our stay.

Spacious apartment, homely, well equipped modern kitchen, two bathrooms, one en suite (great!) big wardrobes, free parking. Good communication with owner.

A lot of stairs! The shower in the main bathroom has to hand held as no wall brackets. The twin room needs better blinds or some curtains.

Clean , bright and plenty of space for the three of us. Nice to have two bathrooms with 3 ladies needing to get ready!

The boiler makes a hell of a noise all the time, the TV does not work unless you mirror your phone with the screen, there were some dirty elements to the property. The pans were really dated and the handles were nearly falling off. There was a party going on below us which was going on until the early hours and someone was leaning on the buzzer so you could hear their conversation from outside. Bit dingy but overall alright

Reasonably good facilities and nice area. Close to the centre and golf club for a party we were attending. Smelt lovely and the heating was well circulated around the apartment.

- towels I think were clean, but were stained with what looked like fake tan or make up of some sort - no hand towels - floors could do with a bit more attention - fluff and hair along the edges but generally were clean

- Parking permit was handy, although there is also a car park very nearby (which was good as we had two cars with us) - heating was on which was good as it was freezing outside - shower good pressure and plenty of hot water - spacious - two bathrooms is really handy - communication from host was excellent - instructions of how to get in were easy to follow - location is absolutely excellent for town - really good price compared to other places in town - building is nice and quiet considering its location

Second floor with no lift. Some small touches like light shades and lamps in lounge, coffee table would have made a big difference.

The mattresses in the bed were a bit too soft and springy for my back. Had to manage with some back pain due to which I couldn’t sleep that well. Myself and my wife both were working during the trip and the WiFi/internet connection was very critical for us for our work related video calls. While the apartment does include a WiFi/internet connection, it was unreliable and stopping from time to time (we were forced to go to a local pub for taking work related calls on several occasions due to the poor internet connectivity).

The apartment was very spacious . Living, kitchen , bathrooms and bedrooms were all very well equipped. Given the space & 2 bedrooms included, the price of the apartment was much lower than the average prices of similar new properties in Chelmsford. The location is within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Chelmsford railway station & the Central Park in Chelmsford. The furniture and furnishings in the living room, bathrooms were all brand new

Disappointed with the cleanliness. The shower tray in the en-suite filled up with water, the drain was clogged with hair. The window sills covered in dust and debris, windows were dirty and had marks on them. Double bed was two single beds put together, one was more raised than the other so really uncomfortable. Blind falling down, throw looked like it had just thrown on the sofa, presentation in the living area poor.

Straightforward to get into the apartment. Welcoming and smooth communication via messages.

Incredible - best host, tea/biscuits/condiments provided, exceptionally clean and spacious apartment, free parking is an added benefit considering the price of street parking in the centre! walking distance from all of the local bars and restaurants, definitely booking again.

Outside was very run down. Window in the living room wouldn't close so the room was cold and you could hear the road noise ,blind was broken. Boiler in the kitchen was noisy and leaking water . Cooking pans were dirty and need replacing! Blind in the bedroom didn't fit the window so light flooded the room very early. No hand wash in the dispenser and no hand towel. Couldn't get the TV to work at all. Looked dated ,needs a spruce up.

The headboards on the single beds are broken and dangerous. The double bed is two single mattresses pushed together. The bedding and the towels are just about acceptable. The whole place needed a deep clean and inspection. It served its purpose, but we wouldn't stay again.

Mold in the shower, tv did not work, no clear directions to the unit, no directions on access, location for unit key nor code to unlock key safety box. No mention of six flights of stairs (3 floors), need to place a parking permit in my car, and limited access on the WiFi.
